

以“數字職教建設 共商共建共享”為主題的2020年“一帶一路”職業教育國際研討會在深圳召開。
11月26-27日(ri),以“數字職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)建(jian)設 共商共建(jian)共享”為主題的2020年(nian)“一(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)路(lu)(lu)”職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育國際(ji)研討(tao)會(hui)在深圳(zhen)召開。來(lai)自26個國家(jia)和地區政府部門、院校機(ji)構(gou)、行業企業的近300名專家(jia)學者齊聚(ju)線(xian)上線(xian)下,共商數字經濟時代“一(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)路(lu)(lu)”國家(jia)職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育的機(ji)遇與挑戰(zhan),發布了《深圳(zhen)倡議》。這是繼(ji)2018年(nian)首次 “一(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)路(lu)(lu)”職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育國際(ji)研討(tao)會(hui)成功舉辦以來(lai),職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育領域的又一(yi)(yi)場(chang)高規格國際(ji)盛會(hui)。

凝聚數字職教共識 深化數字職教實踐 加快共商共建共享

中國職業技術教育學會會長魯昕發表致辭。
魯昕在致辭(ci)中(zhong)談(tan)到(dao),今年以來,全球疫情蔓延(yan),世(shi)界(jie)經濟低迷,隨著新一輪科(ke)技革命和產(chan)業(ye)變(bian)革深(shen)入(ru)發(fa)(fa)展,國(guo)際(ji)力量對比深(shen)刻調整,和平的(de)發(fa)(fa)展仍然(ran)是時(shi)代的(de)主題,人類命運共同體的(de)理念深(shen)入(ru)人心。在此背景下,堅定(ding)不移的(de)深(shen)化改(gai)革、擴(kuo)大開放顯(xian)得尤為(wei)重要。統(tong)籌國(guo)內國(guo)際(ji)兩個大局,科(ke)學應變(bian)、主動求變(bian),是中(zhong)國(guo)面臨新的(de)國(guo)際(ji)形(xing)勢(shi)和環境形(xing)勢(shi)作出的(de)戰略(lve)安排。
魯(lu)昕以詳實的數(shu)據梳理了自(zi)2013年“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”合作倡議提出(chu)以來,教(jiao)育領域取(qu)得的各項顯(xian)著成就,并表示中國(guo)(guo)職業教(jiao)育應繼續圍繞共建(jian)“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”,對(dui)接所在國(guo)(guo)家的產業需求(qiu),通過學歷教(jiao)育與職業培訓相結合的方式,培養更多高(gao)素質的技術(shu)技能人才(cai)。
在簡要闡(chan)述了(le)中國(guo)(guo)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學會(hui)(hui)對接科技進步(bu)、深化產教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)融合的具體(ti)舉措(cuo)后,魯昕表(biao)示,學會(hui)(hui)將充(chong)分(fen)利用“一(yi)(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)(yi)路”職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)國(guo)(guo)際研(yan)討(tao)會(hui)(hui)平臺(tai),積極發(fa)揮新(xin)時代智(zhi)庫型學會(hui)(hui)作用,愿與“一(yi)(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)(yi)路”沿線各國(guo)(guo)、各地(di)區一(yi)(yi)(yi)起,凝聚數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)共(gong)(gong)(gong)識,深化數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)實踐,加快數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)共(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)共(gong)(gong)(gong)享,共(gong)(gong)(gong)同應對當(dang)前職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)發(fa)展(zhan)的全球挑戰,推動(dong)構建(jian)人類(lei)命運(yun)共(gong)(gong)(gong)同體(ti)。魯昕提出,此次會(hui)(hui)議聯合26個國(guo)(guo)家(jia)和地(di)區發(fa)布《深圳倡議》,必將為全面實現職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化轉(zhuan)型、數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化升級、數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化發(fa)展(zhan)和數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化建(jian)設,凝聚共(gong)(gong)(gong)識,指明方向,為推動(dong)“一(yi)(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)(yi)路”域內國(guo)(guo)家(jia)和地(di)區職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)高質量發(fa)展(zhan)做出更大的貢獻。

Soo-Hyang Choi表示,今年的大會(hui)將(jiang)主(zhu)題定為(wei)(wei)“數(shu)字(zi)(zi)職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)”正當其時。數(shu)字(zi)(zi)化(hua)是(shi)近年來職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)領域面臨的重大變化(hua)與(yu)(yu)挑(tiao)戰(zhan),疫(yi)情期間網(wang)絡教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)的廣泛應用,也表明數(shu)字(zi)(zi)技術能為(wei)(wei)學(xue)習(xi)者創造更多元、更靈活的學(xue)習(xi)體驗。她同時指(zhi)出,數(shu)字(zi)(zi)職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)不僅(jin)僅(jin)只(zhi)是(shi)新(xin)技術的引(yin)入與(yu)(yu)應用,還應注重促進(jin)創新(xin)和改(gai)變思維方式。她感謝(xie)會(hui)議主(zhu)辦方為(wei)(wei)“一帶一路”職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)搭建了國(guo)際交流與(yu)(yu)合作的平(ping)臺,希望與(yu)(yu)會(hui)嘉賓能利用這次機會(hui),互學(xue)互鑒數(shu)字(zi)(zi)職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)建設的獨到見解與(yu)(yu)先進(jin)經驗。

本次研討會內容豐富,形式新穎,分(fen)為開幕式、主旨報告、前(qian)沿對(dui)(dui)話(hua)、校企對(dui)(dui)話(hua)和閉幕式等5個版塊(kuai),邀(yao)請了國(guo)內外近30位政府官(guan)員(yuan)、專家和學者,圍繞數(shu)字(zi)職教(jiao)(jiao)助力(li)全(quan)球供應(ying)鏈、職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育助推新一(yi)代信息技術應(ying)用落(luo)地、5G應(ying)用細分(fen)中的職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育、職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育數(shu)字(zi)化轉型的探索與實踐等主題展(zhan)開深度對(dui)(dui)話(hua),共同探討“一(yi)帶一(yi)路(lu)”背(bei)景下數(shu)字(zi)職教(jiao)(jiao)建(jian)設方略,推動全(quan)球職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育事業(ye)創新和發展(zhan)。
