教科文職業教育創新中心項目評估國際研討會圓滿閉幕

9月(yue)5日(ri)上午,教(jiao)科文職業教(jiao)育創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)中(zhong)心項目(mu)評估(gu)國際研討會閉幕(mu)式在我校(xiao)留仙洞(dong)校(xiao)區舉行(xing)(xing)。聯合國教(jiao)科文組織職業教(jiao)育創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)中(zhong)心項目(mu)專家、肯尼亞(ya)大裂谷技術培訓(xun)學(xue)院的同行(xing)(xing)評審專家以(yi)及(ji)學(xue)校(xiao)領導等(deng)出席會議。

會上(shang)教科文組織項目專家首(shou)先說明學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的評(ping)估(gu)流程、工具與結果(guo),并對(dui)結果(guo)進(jin)(jin)行了解讀。肯尼亞大(da)裂(lie)谷技術(shu)培訓(xun)學(xue)院校(xiao)(xiao)長對(dui)于同行評(ping)審的結果(guo)進(jin)(jin)行了說明并提出未來雙方合作(zuo)意向。最后副校(xiao)(xiao)長李(li)月作(zuo)總結講話。

教(jiao)科(ke)文(wen)(wen)(wen)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)專家彼得(de).格林伍德和簡(jian)?彼得(de)?甘特?德奧特羅根據(ju)在(zai)(zai)研(yan)討會不同(tong)環節(jie)采集的(de)(de)(de)評(ping)估(gu)(gu)證據(ju),運用項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)工(gong)(gong)具和統(tong)計(ji)(ji)(ji)工(gong)(gong)具,經(jing)過綜合分(fen)析給出(chu)評(ping)估(gu)(gu)結(jie)論:學(xue)(xue)校教(jiao)科(ke)文(wen)(wen)(wen)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)心項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)綜合評(ping)估(gu)(gu)數據(ju)結(jie)果(guo)呈現(xian)(xian)在(zai)(zai)第四象限,說明學(xue)(xue)校的(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)已(yi)經(jing)居領先位(wei)置。四個評(ping)估(gu)(gu)維度(領導力(li)與(yu)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)為、教(jiao)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)、產品與(yu)服務(wu)、能力(li)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)生態系(xi)統(tong))的(de)(de)(de)評(ping)估(gu)(gu)數據(ju)都(dou)很突出(chu),其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)領導力(li)與(yu)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)為維度表(biao)現(xian)(xian)最為突出(chu)。學(xue)(xue)校的(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)案(an)(an)(an)例(li)內容豐富,反映(ying)了(le)學(xue)(xue)校在(zai)(zai)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)上(shang)取得(de)的(de)(de)(de)驕人業(ye)(ye)(ye)績。學(xue)(xue)校編制的(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)行(xing)動(dong)(dong)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃符合職業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)心項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)對行(xing)動(dong)(dong)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃的(de)(de)(de)框架要求(qiu),與(yu)學(xue)(xue)校創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)評(ping)估(gu)(gu)結(jie)果(guo)反映(ying)的(de)(de)(de)需(xu)要改(gai)進(jin)(jin)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)吻合,已(yi)經(jing)提出(chu)了(le)解決(jue)方(fang)案(an)(an)(an),方(fang)向正確,行(xing)動(dong)(dong)得(de)力(li),已(yi)經(jing)達(da)到(dao)教(jiao)科(ke)文(wen)(wen)(wen)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)心項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu)。希望學(xue)(xue)校以后在(zai)(zai)校內推(tui)廣(guang)教(jiao)科(ke)文(wen)(wen)(wen)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)心項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)(de)評(ping)估(gu)(gu)工(gong)(gong)具對學(xue)(xue)校的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)項(xiang)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)做出(chu)自我評(ping)估(gu)(gu),發(fa)現(xian)(xian)不足,做好(hao)反思,追求(qiu)進(jin)(jin)步(bu)。繼(ji)續(xu)做好(hao)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)自評(ping)報告和創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)案(an)(an)(an)例(li)修改(gai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),推(tui)進(jin)(jin)實施(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)行(xing)動(dong)(dong)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃,在(zai)(zai)虛(xu)擬(ni)平臺(tai)上(shang)推(tui)廣(guang)深職案(an)(an)(an)例(li)和方(fang)案(an)(an)(an),未來與(yu)教(jiao)科(ke)文(wen)(wen)(wen)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)合作(zuo)(zuo)面向亞太地區(qu)推(tui)廣(guang)教(jiao)科(ke)文(wen)(wen)(wen)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)心項(xiang)目(mu)(mu),傳播“深職案(an)(an)(an)例(li)”、“中(zhong)(zhong)國方(fang)案(an)(an)(an)”。

肯(ken)(ken)尼亞大(da)裂谷技術(shu)(shu)培訓學院校長埃(ai)德溫(wen)?M?塔諾對我校本(ben)次國際研討會高(gao)效、有序、充分的(de)組織工作(zuo)(zuo)給予高(gao)度(du)贊賞,對于(yu)(yu)學校取得(de)的(de)各項創新(xin)(xin)成就倍感欽佩,對于(yu)(yu)學校提出的(de)創新(xin)(xin)行動計劃高(gao)度(du)評價,同時提出與學校簽署合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)框(kuang)架協(xie)議,雙方共享典型創新(xin)(xin)案(an)例(li),開展教師交換項目,共同開發企業(ye)教師職(zhi)稱,引進華(hua)為(wei)與學校開發的(de)教學模式(shi)和資(zi)格認證,在肯(ken)(ken)尼亞共建(jian)“深圳職(zhi)業(ye)技術(shu)(shu)學院國際創新(xin)(xin)中心(xin)”等合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)意向。
