我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為深入貫(guan)徹德智體美勞(lao)全(quan)面(mian)發展的(de)(de)黨的(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)方針,全(quan)面(mian)落實《中(zhong)共中(zhong)央 國(guo)務院(yuan)(yuan)關(guan)(guan)于全(quan)面(mian)加強新時代大中(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)意見》精神,大力提(ti)升高(gao)等職業院(yuan)(yuan)校學(xue)生勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)素(su)養,形成體現時代要(yao)求、符合育(yu)(yu)人規律、彰顯(xian)高(gao)職院(yuan)(yuan)校特色的(de)(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)體系(xi),8月25日至8月28日,由我校和中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)(guan)系(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)心主辦、創想家科技教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(深圳(zhen))有限公司協辦的(de)(de)2020年全(quan)國(guo)職業院(yuan)(yuan)校勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導師研修班(ban)(中(zhong)級),在線上(shang)會(hui)議(yi)平臺(tai)成功舉辦。

為優化勞(lao)動教育師資(zi)供給,本次教師培(pei)訓除了邀(yao)請勞(lao)動教育領(ling)域相(xiang)關(guan)知名學者(zhe)外,基于勞(lao)動教育本身特質,還(huan)邀(yao)請了企業代表(biao)擔任課程(cheng)授課講師。共有來自廣東、廣西(xi)、貴州(zhou)、湖(hu)南、江蘇、內蒙古、陜(shan)西(xi)、浙江等14所職業院(yuan)校近30名老師參(can)加培(pei)訓。

 培(pei)訓期(qi)間,學(xue)(xue)(xue)員們(men)分別觀摩了中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)劉麗紅副(fu)校(xiao)長、我校(xiao)人(ren)文學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)張(zhang)克副(fu)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)長、中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)黨印副(fu)教(jiao)授(shou)、中(zhong)國(guo)美術學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)杜(du)銘秋副(fu)教(jiao)授(shou)、優(you)必選人(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)教(jiao)研負責人(ren)郭子琦、中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)李珂教(jiao)授(shou)、廣東海涵律師事務所主任(ren)律師吳小(xiao)波主講的(de)(de)“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)歷史演變、政策解讀與(yu)(yu)(yu)趨勢”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)導(dao)師的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)責與(yu)(yu)(yu)倫理(li)——如(ru)何(he)更(geng)好的(de)(de)理(li)解體面勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”“職(zhi)(zhi)業院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)導(dao)師的(de)(de)素質(zhi)能(neng)力提升”“職(zhi)(zhi)業院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)課程(cheng)設計——臺(tai)灣勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)發展與(yu)(yu)(yu)實踐(jian)”“人(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)時代(dai)下的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)”“職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)(yu)(yu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)融合機制”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)安全(quan)風險與(yu)(yu)(yu)應(ying)對政策”七堂課。專(zhuan)家們(men)表(biao)示,隨著勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)相(xiang)關政策的(de)(de)進一(yi)步推動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)將更(geng)加專(zhuan)業化且惠及(ji)更(geng)多學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)師資則面臨極大的(de)(de)挑戰(zhan)。從長遠來看(kan),應(ying)開設勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)相(xiang)關專(zhuan)業,培(pei)養勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)業人(ren)才。短期(qi)內,應(ying)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)目前(qian)師資情況采取多種措施,建立專(zhuan)兼(jian)職(zhi)(zhi)相(xiang)結合的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)師資隊伍(wu)。

同時,為(wei)深入了解目前(qian)高職院校(xiao)勞動教(jiao)育(yu)開展(zhan)情(qing)況(kuang),今年3月(yue),我校(xiao)聯(lian)合創(chuang)想家(jia)教(jiao)育(yu)科技(深圳)有限公司,對覆蓋生(sheng)源地30個省、自治區、直轄市的學(xue)生(sheng)及來自全國14所高職院校(xiao)的老師(shi)(shi)開展(zhan)《全國高職院校(xiao)勞動教(jiao)育(yu)現狀(zhuang)調(diao)查報告藍皮書》專項問(wen)卷(juan)調(diao)研(yan)。經過5個月(yue)的立(li)項、調(diao)研(yan)論證(zheng)、問(wen)卷(juan)發(fa)放及回(hui)收(shou)、電話(hua)訪(fang)談記(ji)錄(lu)、數據清(qing)洗與甄別等(deng),共(gong)回(hui)收(shou)有效教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)問(wen)卷(juan)221份,學(xue)生(sheng)問(wen)卷(juan)2101份,教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)訪(fang)談記(ji)錄(lu)25份。

調研(yan)(yan)專家組成員范苗(miao)就(jiu)調研(yan)(yan)報告(gao)中學(xue)(xue)生素(su)養現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)、目(mu)前(qian)(qian)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)教育(yu)(yu)開展現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問(wen)題、師資(zi)建設現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問(wen)題、勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)教育(yu)(yu)與實(shi)習(xi)實(shi)訓相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)結(jie)(jie)合的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問(wen)題、勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)教育(yu)(yu)與校園文化建設相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)結(jie)(jie)合的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問(wen)題、勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)教育(yu)(yu)與社會(hui)服務相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)結(jie)(jie)合的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問(wen)題等內容進行分享,讓(rang)研(yan)(yan)修班的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)員們從(cong)數據(ju)中更科(ke)學(xue)(xue)更全(quan)面的(de)(de)(de)了解目(mu)前(qian)(qian)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)教育(yu)(yu)在高(gao)職院校中開展的(de)(de)(de)情況。

研(yan)(yan)修班4天的(de)(de)課程(cheng)涵蓋勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)理論知(zhi)識(shi)、相關政策導讀、實際課程(cheng)案例分(fen)析、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)相關法律(lv)知(zhi)識(shi)普及、人工(gong)智能下(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)等多(duo)個方面,最(zui)后以(yi)電(dian)子考卷的(de)(de)形式對(dui)學員們進行考核。參訓(xun)學員紛紛表示,將(jiang)以(yi)本(ben)次研(yan)(yan)究班為新的(de)(de)起(qi)點(dian),進一(yi)步加強理論學習,重(zhong)塑勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)觀,為所屬(shu)高職院校開展勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作貢(gong)獻力量;并(bing)希望(wang)這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)能夠制度化、常(chang)態化,進一(yi)步豐富培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)內容(rong),在條件允(yun)許的(de)(de)情況下(xia)(xia),安(an)排線下(xia)(xia)培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)課,加入動(dong)(dong)(dong)手實踐實操環節,將(jiang)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)精神貫穿師資培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)始終。
