我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為深(shen)入貫徹(che)德智體美勞(lao)全(quan)面發展的黨的教育方針,全(quan)面落實(shi)《中(zhong)共中(zhong)央 國務院(yuan)關(guan)于(yu)全(quan)面加(jia)強(qiang)新時代大中(zhong)小學(xue)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教育的意見》精(jing)神,大力(li)提升高(gao)等職(zhi)業院(yuan)校(xiao)學(xue)生勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)素(su)養,形成(cheng)體現時代要求、符合育人規律、彰(zhang)顯高(gao)職(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)特色的勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教育體系(xi),8月25日至8月28日,由我校(xiao)和(he)中(zhong)國勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教育中(zhong)心主辦、創想家(jia)科(ke)技教育(深(shen)圳)有限公司協辦的2020年全(quan)國職(zhi)業院(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教育導(dao)師(shi)研修班(中(zhong)級),在線(xian)上會議(yi)平臺成(cheng)功舉辦。

為優化勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)師(shi)資供(gong)給,本(ben)次教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)培訓(xun)除了邀請(qing)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)領域相關知名學者外,基于勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)本(ben)身(shen)特質,還邀請(qing)了企業代表擔(dan)任課程(cheng)授課講師(shi)。共(gong)有來自廣東、廣西、貴州、湖南(nan)、江(jiang)蘇、內蒙(meng)古(gu)、陜西、浙江(jiang)等14所(suo)職業院校近30名老師(shi)參加培訓(xun)。

 培(pei)訓(xun)期(qi)間,學(xue)員們分別觀摩了(le)中(zhong)國勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)劉麗(li)紅副(fu)校(xiao)長、我(wo)校(xiao)人文學(xue)院(yuan)張克副(fu)院(yuan)長、中(zhong)國勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)黨印副(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、中(zhong)國美(mei)術學(xue)院(yuan)杜(du)銘(ming)秋(qiu)副(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、優必選人工智能教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)負責人郭子琦、中(zhong)國勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)李(li)珂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、廣東海涵律(lv)師(shi)(shi)(shi)事務所主任律(lv)師(shi)(shi)(shi)吳(wu)小波(bo)主講的(de)“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)歷史演變、政策解讀與(yu)(yu)趨勢”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)導師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)職責與(yu)(yu)倫理——如(ru)何更(geng)好的(de)理解體面勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”“職業(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)導師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)素(su)質(zhi)能力提升”“職業(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)課程設計——臺灣勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)發(fa)展與(yu)(yu)實踐(jian)”“人工智能時代下的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)”“職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)(yu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)融合機制”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)的(de)安全風險與(yu)(yu)應(ying)對政策”七堂課。專(zhuan)(zhuan)家們表(biao)示,隨著勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)相(xiang)關(guan)政策的(de)進一(yi)步(bu)推動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)將更(geng)加(jia)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)化且惠及更(geng)多學(xue)生,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)(shi)資則面臨極大(da)的(de)挑戰。從長遠(yuan)來看,應(ying)開設勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)相(xiang)關(guan)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye),培(pei)養(yang)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)人才。短期(qi)內,應(ying)根據學(xue)校(xiao)目(mu)前師(shi)(shi)(shi)資情(qing)況采取多種(zhong)措施,建立專(zhuan)(zhuan)兼職相(xiang)結合的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)(shi)資隊伍。

同時,為深入了解(jie)目前高(gao)(gao)職院校勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開展(zhan)(zhan)情況,今年3月,我校聯(lian)合創想家(jia)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)科技(深圳)有(you)限公(gong)司,對覆(fu)蓋(gai)生源(yuan)地30個省、自(zi)治區、直轄市(shi)的學生及來自(zi)全國14所高(gao)(gao)職院校的老師開展(zhan)(zhan)《全國高(gao)(gao)職院校勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)現狀調查報告藍皮書》專項(xiang)問(wen)卷(juan)調研。經過5個月的立(li)項(xiang)、調研論證、問(wen)卷(juan)發(fa)放及回收(shou)、電話訪(fang)談記錄、數據清洗與甄(zhen)別等,共回收(shou)有(you)效(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)師問(wen)卷(juan)221份,學生問(wen)卷(juan)2101份,教(jiao)(jiao)師訪(fang)談記錄25份。

調研專家組成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)范苗(miao)就調研報告中學(xue)生素養現(xian)(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)、目前勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)開展(zhan)現(xian)(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題、師(shi)資(zi)建設(she)現(xian)(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題、勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與實習實訓相(xiang)結(jie)合(he)的(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題、勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與校(xiao)園文化建設(she)相(xiang)結(jie)合(he)的(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題、勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與社會服務(wu)相(xiang)結(jie)合(he)的(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題等內(nei)容進行分享,讓研修班的(de)(de)學(xue)員(yuan)(yuan)們從(cong)數據中更科學(xue)更全(quan)面的(de)(de)了解目前勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)在高職院(yuan)校(xiao)中開展(zhan)的(de)(de)情況。

研(yan)修班4天的(de)課程涵蓋勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育理論(lun)知識、相(xiang)關政策(ce)導讀、實(shi)際課程案例(li)分析、勞動(dong)(dong)相(xiang)關法律(lv)知識普及、人工智能(neng)下的(de)勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育等多個方面(mian),最(zui)后以(yi)電子考卷的(de)形式對學員們進(jin)行(xing)考核。參訓(xun)(xun)學員紛紛表(biao)示(shi),將以(yi)本次(ci)研(yan)究班為新的(de)起點,進(jin)一步加(jia)強理論(lun)學習,重塑勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育觀,為所屬高職(zhi)院校(xiao)開展(zhan)勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育工作貢獻力(li)量;并希(xi)望這樣(yang)的(de)培訓(xun)(xun)能(neng)夠制度化(hua)、常態化(hua),進(jin)一步豐富培訓(xun)(xun)內容(rong),在條件允(yun)許的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下,安排線下培訓(xun)(xun)課,加(jia)入動(dong)(dong)手實(shi)踐實(shi)操環節,將勞動(dong)(dong)精神貫(guan)穿師資培訓(xun)(xun)始(shi)終。
