為(wei)深(shen)(shen)入推進學(xue)校數字化轉型,高(gao)(gao)質量(liang)落實(shi)好(hao)“雙高(gao)(gao)”建設(she)各項任(ren)務,6月28日(ri),深(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)職(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)術(shu)學(xue)院(yuan)舉(ju)行黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)理論學(xue)習中心組(zu)(擴大)學(xue)習會,特(te)別邀請(qing)全國政協委(wei)員、中國職(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)術(shu)教育(yu)學(xue)會會長(chang)、教育(yu)部原(yuan)副部長(chang)魯昕在京聯線,作(zuo)題為(wei)《人工智能與經濟學(xue):“雙高(gao)(gao)”建設(she)全新領(ling)域的全面建設(she)》專題報告。會議由(you)校黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)書(shu)記、校長(chang)楊欣斌主持。

習近平總(zong)書記高度(du)重視人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)發展,認為(wei)“人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)是引(yin)領新一輪科技革命和產業(ye)變革的重要(yao)驅動力”,“把握全球人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)發展態勢(shi),找準突破口和主攻方向,培養(yang)大批(pi)具有創新能(neng)力和合作精神的人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)高端人(ren)才是教育的重要(yao)使命”。

魯昕(xin)列舉了人社部(bu)發布(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)數字經(jing)濟(ji)背景下市場需求(qiu)迫切的(de)(de)39個新職業(ye),通過分析新職業(ye)、新知識、新技(ji)術、新技(ji)能(neng),突顯(xian)出工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)場景變化對“雙高”專(zhuan)業(ye)建(jian)設提出的(de)(de)要求(qiu)。最后,魯昕(xin)通過對工(gong)(gong)(gong)信部(bu)人才交流中心(xin)發布(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)《工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)互聯網產(chan)業(ye)人才崗位(wei)(wei)能(neng)力要求(qiu)》分析,展(zhan)示了工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)互聯網產(chan)業(ye)人才8個方向(xiang)41個崗位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)4項能(neng)力要求(qiu),系統總(zong)結了人工(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)發展(zhan)對高等教育動手能(neng)力數字化和實(shi)訓(xun)基地虛擬化轉型的(de)(de)呼(hu)喚。

魯昕(xin)希望,在(zai)“雙(shuang)區(qu)”建(jian)設的(de)(de)背景(jing)下,“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建(jian)設的(de)(de)過程中,深(shen)職院作為(wei)“雙(shuang)高(gao)”中的(de)(de)“雙(shuang)高(gao)”,要充(chong)分(fen)探討如何在(zai)粵港(gang)澳大(da)灣區(qu)的(de)(de)政策環境(jing)、在(zai)新(xin)一代信息技術的(de)(de)創新(xin)文(wen)化、在(zai)深(shen)職院的(de)(de)工科(ke)特色中發(fa)揮積極作用(yong),構(gou)建(jian)新(xin)知識體系(xi),構(gou)建(jian)新(xin)課(ke)程體系(xi),顛(dian)覆專(zhuan)業結構(gou),培養復(fu)合性人才,成為(wei)名副其實的(de)(de)世(shi)界一流職業技術學院。

楊欣斌(bin)在(zai)(zai)總結中表示(shi),魯昕會(hui)長(chang)的(de)報(bao)(bao)告站位高(gao)遠、視野開(kai)闊,理論深(shen)厚、邏輯(ji)嚴密,觀點鮮明、素材豐(feng)富,聚(ju)焦問題、貼近實際,特(te)別是(shi)結合我(wo)校“雙高(gao)”建(jian)(jian)設(she)、專業(ye)設(she)置和(he)產教(jiao)融合的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)提出具體的(de)指(zhi)導(dao)意見(jian),對于推動學校數字化轉型,落實好“雙高(gao)”建(jian)(jian)設(she),科學謀(mou)劃(hua)“十四五”期(qi)間的(de)思路和(he)舉措,具有重要的(de)指(zhi)導(dao)意義(yi)。楊欣斌(bin)要求各單(dan)位深(shen)刻領(ling)會(hui)、深(shen)入研(yan)究魯昕會(hui)長(chang)的(de)報(bao)(bao)告精(jing)神,結合實際抓好貫(guan)徹落實,努(nu)力在(zai)(zai)“雙高(gao)”建(jian)(jian)設(she)中走在(zai)(zai)前列,爭當(dang)職業(ye)教(jiao)育創新發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)先行者。

整場報告歷時(shi)兩(liang)個半(ban)小時(shi),全(quan)(quan)校共300余(yu)人參加學習,其(qi)中,全(quan)(quan)體(ti)(ti)專業主任、教研室主任、實訓(xun)室主任在會場進行集中學習;全(quan)(quan)體(ti)(ti)校領(ling)導、黨委委員,全(quan)(quan)體(ti)(ti)中層干部通過(guo)騰訊(xun)會議系(xi)統進行線上學習。
