魯昕:人工智能驅動“雙高”全新領域的全面建設

為深入(ru)推進學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)數字化(hua)轉型(xing),高質量落實好“雙高”建(jian)設(she)各項任務,6月28日,深圳職業(ye)技術學(xue)(xue)院舉行黨(dang)委理論學(xue)(xue)習中(zhong)心組(擴大)學(xue)(xue)習會(hui),特別邀請全(quan)國政協(xie)委員、中(zhong)國職業(ye)技術教育(yu)學(xue)(xue)會(hui)會(hui)長、教育(yu)部原(yuan)副部長魯昕在京聯線,作(zuo)題為《人工智能與經濟學(xue)(xue):“雙高”建(jian)設(she)全(quan)新領域的全(quan)面建(jian)設(she)》專(zhuan)題報告。會(hui)議由校(xiao)黨(dang)委書記、校(xiao)長楊欣斌主(zhu)持。

習近平總書記高(gao)(gao)度重視人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)發展,認(ren)為(wei)“人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)是引(yin)領新(xin)一輪科(ke)技革命和(he)產業變革的(de)重要驅(qu)動力(li)”,“把(ba)握全球人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)發展態勢(shi),找準(zhun)突破口和(he)主(zhu)攻方向(xiang),培養(yang)大(da)批具有創(chuang)新(xin)能(neng)力(li)和(he)合作精神(shen)的(de)人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)高(gao)(gao)端人(ren)(ren)才是教育的(de)重要使(shi)命”。

魯昕列舉了(le)人(ren)社部(bu)發(fa)布(bu)的數字經濟背景(jing)(jing)下市場(chang)需求迫切的39個新(xin)(xin)職業(ye)(ye)(ye),通過分析(xi)新(xin)(xin)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)、新(xin)(xin)知識、新(xin)(xin)技術、新(xin)(xin)技能(neng)(neng),突顯(xian)出工(gong)作場(chang)景(jing)(jing)變(bian)化對(dui)“雙高(gao)”專業(ye)(ye)(ye)建(jian)設提(ti)出的要求。最后,魯昕通過對(dui)工(gong)信(xin)部(bu)人(ren)才交(jiao)流中心發(fa)布(bu)的《工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)互聯網(wang)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)才崗(gang)位能(neng)(neng)力(li)要求》分析(xi),展示了(le)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)互聯網(wang)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)才8個方向41個崗(gang)位的4項能(neng)(neng)力(li)要求,系統總結了(le)人(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)(neng)發(fa)展對(dui)高(gao)等教育動手能(neng)(neng)力(li)數字化和實(shi)訓基地(di)虛(xu)擬化轉型的呼喚。

魯昕(xin)希望,在(zai)(zai)“雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)區”建設(she)的(de)背(bei)景下,“雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)高”建設(she)的(de)過程中(zhong),深職院(yuan)作為“雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)高”中(zhong)的(de)“雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)高”,要充分探討如(ru)何在(zai)(zai)粵(yue)港澳大灣區的(de)政策環境、在(zai)(zai)新(xin)一(yi)代信息技術的(de)創新(xin)文化、在(zai)(zai)深職院(yuan)的(de)工科特色(se)中(zhong)發揮(hui)積極作用(yong),構建新(xin)知識體系,構建新(xin)課(ke)程體系,顛覆專業結構,培養復合(he)性人才(cai),成為名副其(qi)實的(de)世界(jie)一(yi)流職業技術學(xue)院(yuan)。

楊欣(xin)斌在總結(jie)中表示,魯昕(xin)會長的(de)報告(gao)站位高遠、視野(ye)開闊,理論深(shen)厚、邏(luo)輯(ji)嚴密,觀點鮮明、素材豐(feng)富,聚焦問題、貼(tie)近(jin)實(shi)際(ji),特(te)別是結(jie)合我校(xiao)“雙高”建設(she)、專業設(she)置和(he)產教融合的(de)情況提出具體的(de)指導(dao)意見,對(dui)于推動學校(xiao)數字(zi)化轉型,落(luo)實(shi)好(hao)“雙高”建設(she),科學謀劃(hua)“十(shi)四五”期間的(de)思(si)路(lu)和(he)舉措(cuo),具有(you)重要(yao)的(de)指導(dao)意義。楊欣(xin)斌要(yao)求各單位深(shen)刻領會、深(shen)入(ru)研究魯昕(xin)會長的(de)報告(gao)精(jing)神,結(jie)合實(shi)際(ji)抓(zhua)好(hao)貫徹落(luo)實(shi),努(nu)力(li)在“雙高”建設(she)中走在前列,爭(zheng)當(dang)職業教育創(chuang)新發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)先行者。

整場(chang)報告歷時(shi)兩個半小時(shi),全(quan)校(xiao)共300余人參(can)加學習,其中,全(quan)體(ti)(ti)專業主(zhu)任、教研室(shi)主(zhu)任、實訓(xun)室(shi)主(zhu)任在會場(chang)進行集(ji)中學習;全(quan)體(ti)(ti)校(xiao)領導、黨(dang)委(wei)委(wei)員,全(quan)體(ti)(ti)中層干部通過騰訊(xun)會議系統進行線上學習。
