學校“專業教學標準1.0版”正式發布

強化標準引領 形成“深職范式”

1月11日(ri),深圳(zhen)職業(ye)(ye)技術(shu)學(xue)(xue)院“專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準1.0版(ban)”正式發(fa)(fa)布。黨委書(shu)記、校(xiao)長楊欣斌在本(ben)學(xue)(xue)期專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)主任能力提升培(pei)訓(xun)班(ban)上表示,專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準是(shi)指(zhi)導教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)實(shi)施的工作指(zhi)南,是(shi)促進專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)內涵發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的根本(ben)保障,是(shi)檢驗專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)人才培(pei)養的質(zhi)量(liang)基準,對(dui)于促進職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育高質(zhi)量(liang)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)、提升教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質(zhi)量(liang)具有(you)(you)重要的基礎性作用。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)要以(yi)“專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準1.0版(ban)”為基礎,不斷迭代完善(shan)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準,并開發(fa)(fa)課程標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準、實(shi)訓(xun)實(shi)習標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準,技能等級證書(shu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準,形(xing)成具有(you)(you)世界一流水準和深職特色的教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準體系,為打造技術(shu)技能人才培(pei)養高地(di)奠定堅實(shi)基礎。

2019—2020學(xue)年度,為切實落實國家職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建設(she)要(yao)求(qiu),主動(dong)適(shi)應(ying)粵港澳(ao)大(da)灣區及深圳產業發展重(zhong)大(da)需(xu)求(qiu),大(da)力推進(jin)數字化(hua)時(shi)代(dai)專(zhuan)業與課程(cheng)(cheng)轉型升(sheng)級,持續提(ti)升(sheng)人(ren)才培養質(zhi)量(liang),學(xue)校黨(dang)委高度重(zhong)視、大(da)力推進(jin)專(zhuan)業教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建設(she)工作(zuo)。學(xue)校兩次召(zhao)開(kai)(kai)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)工作(zuo)專(zhuan)項(xiang)會議進(jin)行(xing)頂層(ceng)設(she)計和(he)專(zhuan)題研(yan)究,提(ti)出了專(zhuan)業教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建設(she)的總體思路(lu)和(he)明確要(yao)求(qiu)。校領導多次主持召(zhao)開(kai)(kai)調度會,及時(shi)總結標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)研(yan)制過程(cheng)(cheng)中的經驗和(he)存在(zai)的不足。學(xue)校成(cheng)立由教(jiao)(jiao)務處牽頭的專(zhuan)業教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建設(she)辦公室,設(she)置五個專(zhuan)家工作(zuo)組,聯合(he)一(yi)批職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)家、一(yi)線教(jiao)(jiao)師、行(xing)業企業專(zhuan)家,共同(tong)研(yan)制對接國家標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)、凸顯(xian)學(xue)校特色、適(shi)應(ying)新時(shi)代(dai)技術技能人(ren)才培養要(yao)求(qiu)的專(zhuan)業教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)。

此項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)歷(li)時(shi)(shi)一年(nian)有(you)余,大(da)致分(fen)為四(si)個(ge)(ge)階(jie)段(duan)(duan):一是模(mo)板研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)制階(jie)段(duan)(duan)(2019年(nian)10月(yue)—2020年(nian)2月(yue))。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)務(wu)處(chu)組(zu)織有(you)關專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)和(he)電子信息工(gong)(gong)(gong)程技(ji)術、通信技(ji)術、商務(wu)英語等三(san)(san)個(ge)(ge)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)團隊,研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)制形成了(le)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)的模(mo)板及樣例。二是培(pei)訓研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)討(tao)階(jie)段(duan)(duan)(2020年(nian)3月(yue)—4月(yue))。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)出臺《專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)和(he)課程標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)制工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)指引》《專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)和(he)課程標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)建(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)實施方(fang)案》,對專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)的內涵進行(xing)(xing)深入解讀與研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)討(tao),對標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)制工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)進行(xing)(xing)了(le)全面部(bu)(bu)(bu)署。專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)團隊深入各二級(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)進行(xing)(xing)培(pei)訓指導。三(san)(san)是標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)制訂(ding)階(jie)段(duan)(duan)(2020年(nian)5月(yue)—7月(yue))。在專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)組(zu)指導下,各二級(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)組(zu)織進行(xing)(xing)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)建(jian)設(she)的培(pei)訓、調研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)、研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)討(tao)與制訂(ding)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。79個(ge)(ge)招(zhao)生專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)制訂(ding)全部(bu)(bu)(bu)完成。四(si)是審定完善(shan)階(jie)段(duan)(duan)(2020年(nian)7月(yue)—2020年(nian)11月(yue))。通過二級(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)內部(bu)(bu)(bu)的專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)交叉審定和(he)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)組(zu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)項(xiang)審定相結合(he)的方(fang)式,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)對各專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)進行(xing)(xing)了(le)層(ceng)(ceng)層(ceng)(ceng)審核,各專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)依據專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)意見進行(xing)(xing)了(le)修改完善(shan),形成最(zui)終(zhong)稿(gao)。專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)1.0版共分(fen)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)描述、職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)面向、培(pei)養目(mu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)、培(pei)養規格、課程設(she)置及學(xue)(xue)(xue)時(shi)(shi)安排、畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)要求(qiu)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)基本條件、質量保障體系、其他事項(xiang)說(shuo)明(ming)等九大(da)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen),其體例在遵循(xun)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)(bu)(bu)發布的《高(gao)等職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(試(shi)行(xing)(xing))》的基礎上(shang),整(zheng)合(he)了(le)相關條目(mu),豐(feng)富了(le)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)內容,各項(xiang)具體指標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)均(jun)高(gao)于(yu)國家(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),并為專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)提(ti)供彈性空間(jian),力求(qiu)凸顯專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)建(jian)設(she)的個(ge)(ge)性化、特色化,較好地(di)體現了(le)數字經濟背景(jing)下專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)建(jian)設(she)的時(shi)(shi)代性、先進性和(he)高(gao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)。

同(tong)時,根據(ju)專(zhuan)業教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)(biao)準1.0版(ban),教(jiao)(jiao)務處組織制訂了2020級人才培養方案,選編了71門課程(cheng)標(biao)(biao)準。隨著(zhu)產(chan)業轉型(xing)升級步伐加快和(he)職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育高質量(liang)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的(de)新要求,在人才培養模式改革、產(chan)教(jiao)(jiao)融合、課程(cheng)設(she)置、“雙師”隊伍建設(she)、“1+ X”證書開發(fa)(fa)、教(jiao)(jiao)材與(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)資源(yuan)建設(she)、專(zhuan)業質量(liang)評價、國際化(hua)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)等方面,各專(zhuan)業還要進一步深入調研(yan),不斷(duan)強化(hua)專(zhuan)業內(nei)涵挖掘(jue)與(yu)研(yan)究,持續(xu)迭代完善(shan)專(zhuan)業教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)(biao)準,為人才培養方案修訂、課程(cheng)標(biao)(biao)準制訂提供科學(xue)的(de)引領,為學(xue)校轉型(xing)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)、創新發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)、高質量(liang)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)奠定堅實的(de)基礎。
