[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)(tu)書特(te)(te)有的(de)文化(hua)(hua)底蘊(yun)和文化(hua)(hua)地位,對整個社會的(de)文化(hua)(hua)大發展,甚(shen)而對經濟、科研、社會文明(ming)等方面的(de)進步起(qi)著(zhu)舉足輕重(zhong)的(de)作用。圖(tu)(tu)書館(guan)作為(wei)(wei)古(gu)今中外最重(zhong)要的(de)藏(zang)書場所(suo)、文化(hua)(hua)天(tian)地,肩負著(zhu)特(te)(te)別的(de)文化(hua)(hua)使命(ming)和任(ren)務。高校圖(tu)(tu)書館(guan)在(zai)為(wei)(wei)教學(xue)科研服(fu)務的(de)同時,更有著(zhu)直接參與文化(hua)(hua)育人的(de)重(zhong)要使命(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培(pei)養(yang)“復合(he)式創新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)高素質高技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)”,是新(xin)(xin)(xin)時期對(dui)職(zhi)業院校提(ti)出(chu)的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)要求,符(fu)合(he)市場對(dui)新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)變化,也(ye)(ye)切合(he)技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)未(wei)來(lai)發展(zhan)的(de)方向。全(quan)面推(tui)進“文化育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、復合(he)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、協同育(yu)人(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)養(yang)模式改革,對(dui)職(zhi)業院校的(de)發展(zhan)與(yu)教育(yu)教學提(ti)出(chu)了新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)挑戰,也(ye)(ye)說明了新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)育(yu)的(de)復雜性。作為傳統的(de)文化主體部門、教學輔助單(dan)位,圖書館(guan)理當主動參與(yu)到(dao)文化育(yu)人(ren)(ren)工作中。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)”的(de)(de)(de)人(ren)才培養理(li)念(nian),一方面要求(qiu)圖書(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)升華拓展(zhan),衍進到書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua),進而推動書(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)園,促進校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)大(da)發(fa)展(zhan),另一方面也從(cong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)建設的(de)(de)(de)角度對圖書(shu)館的(de)(de)(de)具體工作提出了新的(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu)。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)是圖(tu)書(shu)館永恒的(de)主題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti),今后應有三個轉變,一(yi)是重視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結構(gou),三是重點(dian)抓好特色(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)。圖(tu)書(shu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)實(shi)則是文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),是書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的(de)基礎。為形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對(dui)性(xing)、有效性(xing)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色(se),應進一(yi)步(bu)與(yu)學校各部門及校外單位(wei)合作,加強(qiang)合作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特色(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),加強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)如職業素養、地(di)方(fang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)收藏,一(yi)旦形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)規模,就進行歸(gui)納整理,集中(zhong)收藏,建(jian)(jian)立(li)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)庫。日常采購(gou)中(zhong),應有意(yi)識地(di)進行專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)采購(gou),形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)特色(se)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏書(shu)。也可(ke)發(fa)揮博物館功能,收集地(di)方(fang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非物質遺產,接(jie)受私人(ren)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)藏品(pin),形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)數據庫或特藏室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延(yan)伸文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機(ji)(ji)構,傳(chuan)統圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現代(dai)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應更注重文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing),通過服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影響(xiang)師(shi)生,通過文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來育(yu)人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立(li)一(yi)套基本的能滿(man)(man)足(zu)讀者需(xu)求的服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體系(xi),在(zai)此基礎上,要強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖書(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開(kai)展(zhan)文(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息的個(ge)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿(man)(man)足(zu)教師(shi)或重點(dian)團隊在(zai)縱深層次的教學科研活動中對文(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息的個(ge)性(xing)(xing)需(xu)求,其(qi)次要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方法上下功夫,引進(jin)新技術讓服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率(lv)更高(gao),服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范圍(wei)更廣,如微博、短(duan)信(xin)(xin)、聊天(tian)群、手機(ji)(ji)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)、虛(xu)擬圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)等,促進(jin)與讀者的信(xin)(xin)息交流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣開文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)——拓寬(kuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園師生(sheng)最重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)聚(ju)集之地。面向未(wei)來(lai)(lai),我們提(ti)出除了(le)要把圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)建(jian)成(cheng)資源信息中(zhong)心(xin)之外,還要建(jian)成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)習交流中(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)心(xin)和(he)宣傳教育(yu)中(zhong)心(xin),實現由傳統大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)向一流、現代、新型(xing)(xing)大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)。這(zhe)種轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)實際上賦予圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)更(geng)多的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)功能(neng)(neng),不斷拓寬(kuan)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)平(ping)臺,成(cheng)為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)育(yu)人的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要渠(qu)道。近年來(lai)(lai),圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在(zai)做好(hao)常規服務的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時,大(da)量舉辦主題文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱讀沙龍、專(zhuan)(zhuan)題講座、書(shu)(shu)評競(jing)賽(sai)和(he)技能(neng)(neng)比賽(sai)等,保持了(le)館(guan)(guan)內每月有新的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示(shi)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)頻(pin)率,通過教師的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀者協會,與(yu)師生(sheng)建(jian)立了(le)廣泛(fan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)聯(lian)系。以(yi)后,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要不斷把館(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)搞(gao)好(hao)搞(gao)精(jing)彩,還要走出館(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園,并且走出校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)門(men),配(pei)合(he)教學(xue)(xue)活(huo)動(dong)或師生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題活(huo)動(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服務。
