技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培(pei)養“復合式(shi)創新(xin)(xin)型高素質高技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才”,是新(xin)(xin)時期對職(zhi)業(ye)院校提(ti)出的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)要求,符合市(shi)場對新(xin)(xin)型技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)變化,也(ye)切合技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才未來(lai)發展的(de)(de)方向(xiang)。全面(mian)推進“文(wen)化育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、復合育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、協同育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才培(pei)養模式(shi)改革,對職(zhi)業(ye)院校的(de)(de)發展與(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學提(ti)出了(le)新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰(zhan),也(ye)說明(ming)了(le)新(xin)(xin)型技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才培(pei)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)復雜(za)性。作為(wei)傳統的(de)(de)文(wen)化主(zhu)體部門、教(jiao)學輔助單位,圖書館理當主(zhu)動(dong)參與(yu)到文(wen)化育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工作中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人”的(de)人才培養理念,一方(fang)面要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)圖書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)升華拓展(zhan),衍(yan)進(jin)到書香(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua),進(jin)而推(tui)動書香(xiang)(xiang)校園(yuan),促(cu)進(jin)校園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)大(da)發展(zhan),另一方(fang)面也(ye)從文(wen)(wen)化(hua)建設的(de)角度對圖書館(guan)的(de)具體工作提(ti)出(chu)了新的(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)。
1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)是(shi)(shi)圖書館永(yong)恒的(de)主題(ti)(ti),今后應有三個轉變(bian),一(yi)是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)視資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)內(nei)涵,二是(shi)(shi)要(yao)優化(hua)(hua)(hua)結(jie)構,三是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)點抓好(hao)特(te)(te)(te)色(se)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)。圖書資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)實(shi)則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she),是(shi)(shi)書香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)與校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)發展(zhan)的(de)基(ji)礎。為形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針(zhen)對(dui)性、有效性與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)(te)(te)色(se),應進一(yi)步(bu)與學校(xiao)各部(bu)門及校(xiao)外單位合(he)作(zuo),加(jia)強(qiang)合(he)作(zuo)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)(te)(te)色(se)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she),加(jia)強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)如職(zhi)業素養、地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、高(gao)職(zhi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)收藏,一(yi)旦形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)規(gui)模,就(jiu)進行歸納整理(li),集中收藏,建(jian)立(li)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日(ri)常(chang)采購中,應有意(yi)識地進行專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)采購,形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)特(te)(te)(te)色(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)藏書。也可發揮博物館功能,收集地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)料、非(fei)物質遺產,接受私人專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)藏品(pin),形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)數據庫(ku)或特(te)(te)(te)藏室。
2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)——延(yan)伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳統(tong)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單(dan),而現(xian)代圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)應更(geng)注(zhu)重(zhong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)性,通過服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師生,通過文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優(you)化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵(jian)要(yao)(yao)做到服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多(duo)樣化(hua)(hua)、個(ge)(ge)(ge)性化(hua)(hua),日常應建立一套基(ji)本(ben)的(de)(de)能(neng)滿(man)足讀(du)者需求(qiu)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在此基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang),要(yao)(yao)強化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)業圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息的(de)(de)個(ge)(ge)(ge)性化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),滿(man)足教師或重(zhong)點團隊在縱(zong)深(shen)層次的(de)(de)教學科研活動中對文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息的(de)(de)個(ge)(ge)(ge)性需求(qiu),其次要(yao)(yao)在服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)細節(jie)、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)態(tai)度、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上(shang)下功夫,引進新技術讓服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)效(xiao)率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如(ru)微博、短信(xin)、聊天群、手機圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)等,促進與讀(du)者的(de)(de)信(xin)息交流(liu),文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)互動。
3、廣開(kai)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)——拓寬文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺(tai)。圖(tu)書館(guan)是校(xiao)園師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)最重(zhong)要的(de)(de)聚集之(zhi)地。面向未來(lai),我們提出(chu)除了(le)要把圖(tu)書館(guan)建(jian)成資(zi)源信息中心之(zhi)外,還(huan)要建(jian)成學(xue)(xue)習(xi)交(jiao)流中心、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)中心和宣傳教(jiao)育(yu)中心,實(shi)現(xian)由傳統大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書館(guan)向一流、現(xian)代、新型(xing)大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書館(guan)的(de)(de)轉型(xing)。這種轉型(xing)實(shi)際上賦予圖(tu)書館(guan)更多的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)功(gong)能(neng),不(bu)斷拓寬圖(tu)書館(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)平(ping)臺(tai),成為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)育(yu)人的(de)(de)重(zhong)要渠道。近年來(lai),圖(tu)書館(guan)在做(zuo)好常規服(fu)(fu)務的(de)(de)同時,大(da)量舉辦主(zhu)題文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)藏推介、閱(yue)讀沙龍、專題講座、書評競賽(sai)和技能(neng)比賽(sai)等,保持了(le)館(guan)內每月(yue)有新的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)的(de)(de)頻率,通過教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)讀書俱樂部(bu)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)讀者協(xie)會,與師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)建(jian)立(li)了(le)廣泛的(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)書館(guan)要不(bu)斷把館(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)搞(gao)好搞(gao)精(jing)彩,還(huan)要走出(chu)館(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)園,并(bing)且(qie)走出(chu)校(xiao)門(men),配合教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)活動(dong)或(huo)師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)專題活動(dong),開(kai)展(zhan)書香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務。
