[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)特(te)有的(de)文(wen)化(hua)底蘊和文(wen)化(hua)地位,對(dui)整(zheng)個社會(hui)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)大發展,甚而對(dui)經濟、科(ke)研、社會(hui)文(wen)明等方面的(de)進步起著(zhu)舉足輕重(zhong)的(de)作(zuo)用。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)作(zuo)為(wei)古(gu)今中(zhong)外最重(zhong)要的(de)藏書(shu)(shu)場所、文(wen)化(hua)天(tian)地,肩負著(zhu)特(te)別的(de)文(wen)化(hua)使命(ming)和任(ren)務。高校圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)在為(wei)教(jiao)學科(ke)研服(fu)務的(de)同時,更有著(zhu)直接參與文(wen)化(hua)育人的(de)重(zhong)要使命(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培(pei)養“復合式(shi)(shi)創新(xin)(xin)型(xing)高素質高技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)”,是(shi)新(xin)(xin)時期對(dui)職業(ye)院校提出(chu)的(de)新(xin)(xin)要求,符合市場對(dui)新(xin)(xin)型(xing)技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)新(xin)(xin)變(bian)化(hua)(hua),也(ye)切合技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)未來發展的(de)方向。全面推(tui)進“文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、復合育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、協同育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)養模式(shi)(shi)改(gai)革,對(dui)職業(ye)院校的(de)發展與(yu)教育(yu)(yu)教學提出(chu)了(le)新(xin)(xin)的(de)挑戰,也(ye)說明了(le)新(xin)(xin)型(xing)技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)育(yu)(yu)的(de)復雜性。作(zuo)為傳(chuan)統的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)主(zhu)體部門(men)、教學輔助單位,圖(tu)書館(guan)理(li)當主(zhu)動參與(yu)到(dao)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)中。

  從(cong)單一的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)業(ye)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)到學(xue)(xue)(xue)科或專(zhuan)業(ye)群要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu),從(cong)適應崗位(wei)到工作(zuo)(zuo)創(chuang)新(xin),從(cong)“工具”人(ren)(ren)到以人(ren)(ren)為(wei)本(ben)綜合發(fa)(fa)展(zhan),現代(dai)技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)(de)理念與定位(wei)有根本(ben)性(xing)轉變(bian),對(dui)高校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館而(er)言,自身(shen)定位(wei)與工作(zuo)(zuo)責任必須進行變(bian)革。第一,努力(li)(li)拓展(zhan)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內涵,必須要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)跳(tiao)出圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)看到文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)新(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)華(hua)到育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)以育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)為(wei)中心開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)資源建設(she)和(he)服務提(ti)(ti)(ti)升(sheng),依(yi)復(fu)合型(xing)、創(chuang)新(xin)型(xing)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)來采購圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)、完善(shan)(shan)閱(yue)讀環境,開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)多(duo)層次的(de)(de)(de)個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務,更要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)走(zou)出圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館,參與到育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)工作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)第一線。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館可以全程(cheng)介入(ru)教與學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)整個過程(cheng),從(cong)而(er)在實踐(jian)中使圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內涵與外延,著力(li)(li)推動校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)大發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。第二,著力(li)(li)打造新(xin)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)開(kai)(kai),不(bu)僅是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養(yang)課(ke)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)設(she)問題,更重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大環境與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)新(xin)渠道的(de)(de)(de)建設(she)問題,推進書(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園建設(she),是(shi)一個重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)切入(ru)點。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)愛書(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu),讓(rang)書(shu)(shu)之(zhi)香彌(mi)漫(man)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園,使校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息(xi)濃(nong)郁。第三,不(bu)斷放(fang)大文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)與創(chuang)新(xin)十分重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)部分。在書(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)中,應該根據時代(dai)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)特(te)色,組(zu)織各方面的(de)(de)(de)力(li)(li)量(liang),從(cong)不(bu)同角度完善(shan)(shan)、充實、放(fang)大文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)功(gong)能(neng)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)將教學(xue)(xue)(xue)、研究(jiu)、社會服務、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)全面成(cheng)長相結合,激勵教師投身(shen)于文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)造中來。抓住德(de)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)主(zhu)線,用不(bu)同形式和(he)方法提(ti)(ti)(ti)高學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)社會公德(de)、職(zhi)業(ye)道德(de)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品德(de)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚上升(sheng)到大學(xue)(xue)(xue)精(jing)神,以文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為(wei)基(ji)礎,逐步形成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)獨有的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品牌(pai)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風(feng)格與精(jing)神內核,塑造學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),提(ti)(ti)(ti)升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養(yang)。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文化(hua)(hua)育人”的人才(cai)培養理(li)念(nian),一(yi)方面要(yao)求(qiu)圖書(shu)(shu)文化(hua)(hua)升華(hua)拓展(zhan)(zhan),衍進到書(shu)(shu)香文化(hua)(hua),進而推動書(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)園(yuan),促進校(xiao)園(yuan)文化(hua)(hua)大發展(zhan)(zhan),另一(yi)方面也從文化(hua)(hua)建設(she)的角度對圖書(shu)(shu)館的具體工(gong)作提出了新的要(yao)求(qiu)。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設是圖書(shu)館(guan)永恒(heng)的(de)(de)主(zhu)題,今后應(ying)有三(san)個轉變,一(yi)是重(zhong)視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內(nei)涵(han),二是要(yao)優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三(san)是重(zhong)點抓好特(te)(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設。圖書(shu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設實則(ze)是文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,是書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的(de)(de)基(ji)礎。為形(xing)成資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)針對(dui)性、有效性與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)(te)色(se),應(ying)進(jin)一(yi)步與(yu)學校各部門及校外單位合(he)作,加強合(he)作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,加強文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題如(ru)職業(ye)素養、地方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),一(yi)旦形(xing)成規模,就進(jin)行歸納(na)整理(li),集(ji)中收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),建(jian)立專(zhuan)(zhuan)題文(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日常采購(gou)中,應(ying)有意識地進(jin)行專(zhuan)(zhuan)題采購(gou),形(xing)成特(te)(te)色(se)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書(shu)。也可發(fa)揮博物館(guan)功能,收(shou)集(ji)地方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非物質(zhi)遺產(chan),接受私人(ren)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題藏(zang)(zang)品,形(xing)成專(zhuan)(zhuan)題數據庫(ku)或(huo)特(te)(te)藏(zang)(zang)室(shi)。

  2、優化(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)魅(mei)力。圖(tu)(tu)書館是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖(tu)(tu)書館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比(bi)較簡單,而現代圖(tu)(tu)書館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應(ying)更(geng)注重文(wen)(wen)化(hua)性,通過服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影響師生,通過文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關鍵要(yao)做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多(duo)樣(yang)化(hua)、個性化(hua),日常應(ying)建立一套(tao)基(ji)(ji)本的(de)(de)能滿(man)(man)足讀者(zhe)需(xu)求的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體系,在此基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)上,要(yao)強化(hua)專業(ye)圖(tu)(tu)書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)獻信息(xi)的(de)(de)個性化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿(man)(man)足教師或重點團隊在縱深層次(ci)的(de)(de)教學科研活(huo)動中對(dui)文(wen)(wen)獻信息(xi)的(de)(de)個性需(xu)求,其次(ci)要(yao)在服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方法上下功(gong)夫,引進新技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范(fan)圍更(geng)廣,如微博、短信、聊(liao)天群、手機圖(tu)(tu)書館、虛擬圖(tu)(tu)書館等,促進與讀者(zhe)的(de)(de)信息(xi)交流,文(wen)(wen)化(hua)互動。

  3、廣開(kai)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)——拓(tuo)(tuo)寬文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)是(shi)校(xiao)園師生最重要的(de)聚集之地(di)。面向(xiang)未來,我們提出除了(le)要把圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)建(jian)成資(zi)源信息中(zhong)心(xin)之外,還(huan)(huan)要建(jian)成學(xue)習交流中(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)中(zhong)心(xin)和(he)宣傳教育(yu)中(zhong)心(xin),實現由傳統大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)向(xiang)一流、現代、新型(xing)大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)轉(zhuan)型(xing)。這種轉(zhuan)型(xing)實際上賦予圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)更(geng)多的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)功能,不斷拓(tuo)(tuo)寬圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)平臺,成為學(xue)校(xiao)育(yu)人的(de)重要渠道。近年來,圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)在做好常規服務(wu)(wu)的(de)同時(shi),大(da)量舉辦主題文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推(tui)介、閱(yue)讀(du)沙龍、專(zhuan)題講座、書(shu)評競賽和(he)技能比賽等,保持了(le)館(guan)(guan)內(nei)每月有新的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)頻率,通過教師的(de)讀(du)書(shu)俱樂(le)部(bu)與(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)生的(de)讀(du)者協會,與(yu)(yu)(yu)師生建(jian)立了(le)廣泛的(de)聯(lian)系(xi)。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)要不斷把館(guan)(guan)內(nei)各類(lei)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)搞好搞精彩,還(huan)(huan)要走出館(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)園,并(bing)且走出校(xiao)門,配合教學(xue)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)或師生的(de)專(zhuan)題活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),開(kai)展(zhan)書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服務(wu)(wu)。
