圖書特有的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)底蘊(yun)和文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)地(di)位(wei),對整個(ge)社(she)會(hui)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)大發展,甚而對經濟、科研、社(she)會(hui)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明等方面的(de)(de)進步起著(zhu)舉(ju)足輕重(zhong)的(de)(de)作用。圖書館(guan)作為(wei)古今(jin)中(zhong)外最(zui)重(zhong)要的(de)(de)藏書場(chang)所、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)天地(di),肩負著(zhu)特別的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)使命(ming)和任務。高校圖書館(guan)在(zai)為(wei)教學科研服務的(de)(de)同時,更有著(zhu)直接參與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人的(de)(de)重(zhong)要使命(ming)。
技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培(pei)養(yang)“復(fu)合(he)(he)式創新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)高素質高技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才”,是新(xin)(xin)(xin)時期(qi)對(dui)職(zhi)業院(yuan)校(xiao)提出的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)要求,符合(he)(he)市場(chang)對(dui)新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)變化(hua),也切合(he)(he)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才未來發展(zhan)的(de)方向。全(quan)面推進“文化(hua)育人(ren)(ren)、復(fu)合(he)(he)育人(ren)(ren)、協同(tong)育人(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)養(yang)模式改革,對(dui)職(zhi)業院(yuan)校(xiao)的(de)發展(zhan)與教育教學提出了新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)挑戰(zhan),也說(shuo)明了新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)育的(de)復(fu)雜性。作為傳統(tong)的(de)文化(hua)主(zhu)(zhu)體部門、教學輔助單位,圖(tu)書(shu)館理當主(zhu)(zhu)動參與到文化(hua)育人(ren)(ren)工作中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實“文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)”的(de)人(ren)才培養理念,一(yi)方(fang)(fang)面要(yao)求圖書文(wen)化(hua)升華拓展,衍(yan)進到書香文(wen)化(hua),進而(er)推動書香校園,促進校園文(wen)化(hua)大發展,另一(yi)方(fang)(fang)面也從文(wen)化(hua)建設的(de)角度對圖書館的(de)具體工作提(ti)出了新(xin)的(de)要(yao)求。
1、豐富文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)是(shi)(shi)圖(tu)書(shu)館永(yong)恒(heng)的(de)(de)主題(ti)(ti),今后應(ying)(ying)有三個轉變,一是(shi)(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)(shi)重點抓好特色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)。圖(tu)書(shu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)實(shi)則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建設(she),是(shi)(shi)書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)與校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的(de)(de)基(ji)礎。為形成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)針對性、有效(xiao)性與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特色(se),應(ying)(ying)進一步與學(xue)校各(ge)部(bu)門(men)及校外(wai)單位合(he)作,加(jia)強合(he)作資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建設(she),加(jia)強文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專題(ti)(ti)如職(zhi)業素養、地方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)收藏(zang),一旦形成(cheng)規(gui)模,就(jiu)進行(xing)歸納整理,集中收藏(zang),建立專題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日常(chang)采購中,應(ying)(ying)有意識地進行(xing)專題(ti)(ti)采購,形成(cheng)特色(se)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書(shu)。也可發揮博物館功(gong)能,收集地方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非物質遺產,接受私(si)人(ren)專題(ti)(ti)藏(zang)品,形成(cheng)專題(ti)(ti)數據(ju)庫(ku)或特藏(zang)室。

3、廣(guang)開(kai)(kai)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)——拓寬(kuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺(tai)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館是校園(yuan)師(shi)生(sheng)最重要(yao)的(de)聚集之地。面向(xiang)未來(lai)(lai),我們(men)提(ti)出除了要(yao)把圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館建(jian)成資源信息中(zhong)心之外,還(huan)要(yao)建(jian)成學(xue)(xue)習(xi)交流(liu)中(zhong)心、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)心和宣傳(chuan)教育中(zhong)心,實現由(you)傳(chuan)統大學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館向(xiang)一流(liu)、現代(dai)、新型(xing)(xing)大學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館的(de)轉(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)。這(zhe)種轉(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)實際上賦(fu)予圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館更(geng)多的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)功(gong)能(neng),不(bu)斷拓寬(kuan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)平(ping)臺(tai),成為學(xue)(xue)校育人的(de)重要(yao)渠道。近年來(lai)(lai),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館在(zai)做好常規服務的(de)同時,大量舉辦主(zhu)題(ti)(ti)(ti)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展覽(lan)、館藏推介、閱讀沙(sha)龍、專題(ti)(ti)(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)評(ping)競賽和技能(neng)比賽等(deng),保持了館內每月有新的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展示與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)頻(pin)率,通過教師(shi)的(de)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂(le)部與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)讀者協(xie)會,與師(shi)生(sheng)建(jian)立了廣(guang)泛的(de)聯系(xi)。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館要(yao)不(bu)斷把館內各(ge)類文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)搞(gao)好搞(gao)精彩,還(huan)要(yao)走出館舍,深入校園(yuan),并且走出校門(men),配合教學(xue)(xue)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)或(huo)師(shi)生(sheng)的(de)專題(ti)(ti)(ti)活(huo)(huo)動(dong),開(kai)(kai)展書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服務。
協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
