[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書特(te)有的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)底蘊(yun)和文(wen)(wen)化(hua)地位,對整個社會的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)大(da)發展,甚而對經(jing)濟、科研、社會文(wen)(wen)明等方面的(de)進步(bu)起著舉足輕(qing)重的(de)作用(yong)。圖書館作為(wei)古今中外最重要(yao)的(de)藏書場所、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)天(tian)地,肩負著特(te)別的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)使命和任務(wu)(wu)。高校圖書館在為(wei)教學科研服務(wu)(wu)的(de)同時,更有著直接參與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育(yu)人的(de)重要(yao)使命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養(yang)“復(fu)合式創新(xin)型(xing)高素質高技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才”,是新(xin)時期對職(zhi)業院(yuan)校提(ti)(ti)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)要求,符合市(shi)場對新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)變化(hua)(hua),也切(qie)合技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才未來發展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)方向。全面推進“文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、復(fu)合育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、協同育(yu)人(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)才培養(yang)模式改革,對職(zhi)業院(yuan)校的(de)(de)(de)發展(zhan)與(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學提(ti)(ti)出(chu)了新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)挑(tiao)戰,也說明(ming)了新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才培育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)復(fu)雜性。作為傳統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)主(zhu)體部門、教(jiao)學輔(fu)助單位,圖書館(guan)理當主(zhu)動(dong)參與(yu)到文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)工作中。

  從(cong)(cong)單一的(de)(de)(de)專業(ye)(ye)要(yao)(yao)求到學(xue)(xue)(xue)科或專業(ye)(ye)群(qun)要(yao)(yao)求,從(cong)(cong)適應崗位(wei)(wei)到工作創(chuang)(chuang)新,從(cong)(cong)“工具”人(ren)(ren)(ren)到以(yi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)本(ben)綜合(he)發(fa)展,現代技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)理(li)念(nian)與(yu)(yu)定位(wei)(wei)有(you)根(gen)本(ben)性轉(zhuan)變(bian),對高校(xiao)(xiao)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)而言,自身定位(wei)(wei)與(yu)(yu)工作責任必(bi)(bi)須進(jin)行變(bian)革。第一,努力拓展圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內涵,必(bi)(bi)須要(yao)(yao)跳出(chu)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)看到文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)(chuang)新文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升華到育人(ren)(ren)(ren)。圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)(yao)以(yi)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)中(zhong)心開展資源建(jian)設和服務(wu)提(ti)升,依復(fu)合(he)型(xing)、創(chuang)(chuang)新型(xing)要(yao)(yao)求來采購圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)、完善(shan)閱讀環(huan)境,開展多層次的(de)(de)(de)個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu),更要(yao)(yao)走出(chu)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan),參與(yu)(yu)到育人(ren)(ren)(ren)工作的(de)(de)(de)第一線。圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)可(ke)以(yi)全程(cheng)介入教(jiao)(jiao)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)整個過程(cheng),從(cong)(cong)而在(zai)實踐(jian)中(zhong)使圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內涵與(yu)(yu)外延,著(zhu)力推(tui)動校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)大發(fa)展。第二(er),著(zhu)力打造新型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)展開,不(bu)僅(jin)是文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養(yang)課程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)開設問題,更重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)是文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大環(huan)境與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)新渠道(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設問題,推(tui)進(jin)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)建(jian)設,是一個重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)切入點。要(yao)(yao)讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生愛書(shu)(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀(lian)書(shu)(shu)(shu),讓(rang)書(shu)(shu)(shu)之香(xiang)彌漫校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),使校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)氣息(xi)濃郁。第三,不(bu)斷(duan)放大文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設與(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)新十分(fen)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)部分(fen)。在(zai)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設中(zhong),應該根(gen)據時代需要(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)特(te)(te)色(se),組織(zhi)各(ge)方面的(de)(de)(de)力量,從(cong)(cong)不(bu)同角度完善(shan)、充實、放大文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)功(gong)能(neng)。要(yao)(yao)將教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、研究、社會服務(wu)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)新與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生全面成(cheng)長相結合(he),激(ji)勵教(jiao)(jiao)師投身于文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)造中(zhong)來。抓住(zhu)德育的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育主線,用不(bu)同形式和方法提(ti)高學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)社會公(gong)德、職業(ye)(ye)道(dao)(dao)德與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)德。要(yao)(yao)把(ba)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝(ning)聚上升到大學(xue)(xue)(xue)精神,以(yi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為(wei)基礎,逐步形成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)獨有(you)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)牌、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)(te)色(se)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風格與(yu)(yu)精神內核(he),塑造學(xue)(xue)(xue)生,提(ti)升學(xue)(xue)(xue)生文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養(yang)。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)”的(de)人(ren)才培養理(li)念(nian),一方(fang)面(mian)要求(qiu)圖(tu)書(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)升華拓展(zhan),衍進到書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),進而推動書(shu)香校(xiao)園,促進校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)大發展(zhan),另一方(fang)面(mian)也從文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建設的(de)角度對圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)的(de)具體(ti)工作提出了新(xin)的(de)要求(qiu)。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)是(shi)(shi)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)永(yong)恒的(de)主題(ti),今后應有三個轉變,一是(shi)(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)(shi)重點(dian)抓好特(te)色(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)實則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she),是(shi)(shi)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)發展的(de)基礎(chu)。為形(xing)成資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對性、有效性與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特(te)色(se)(se),應進一步與學校(xiao)各部門及校(xiao)外單位合作,加強合作資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she),加強文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)專題(ti)如(ru)職(zhi)業素養、地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)收(shou)(shou)藏(zang),一旦形(xing)成規模,就進行(xing)歸納整理,集中收(shou)(shou)藏(zang),建(jian)立(li)專題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常采購中,應有意(yi)識地(di)進行(xing)專題(ti)采購,形(xing)成特(te)色(se)(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書(shu)(shu)。也可(ke)發揮博物(wu)館(guan)功(gong)能(neng),收(shou)(shou)集地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)料(liao)、非物(wu)質遺(yi)產,接(jie)受(shou)私人專題(ti)藏(zang)品,形(xing)成專題(ti)數據庫或特(te)藏(zang)室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)——延(yan)伸文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力(li)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)是(shi)服(fu)務(wu)機構,傳統圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)比較簡(jian)單,而現代圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)應(ying)更注重文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing)(xing),通過服(fu)務(wu)影(ying)響師生,通過文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)關鍵要做到(dao)服(fu)務(wu)的(de)(de)多樣(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應(ying)建立(li)一套基本(ben)的(de)(de)能滿足(zu)讀者需求的(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)體系,在(zai)(zai)此基礎(chu)上(shang),要強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)業圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu),開(kai)展文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個性(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu),滿足(zu)教師或重點團隊在(zai)(zai)縱深層次(ci)的(de)(de)教學科研活動中對(dui)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個性(xing)(xing)(xing)需求,其次(ci)要在(zai)(zai)服(fu)務(wu)細節、服(fu)務(wu)態度、服(fu)務(wu)方(fang)法上(shang)下功夫,引進(jin)新技術讓服(fu)務(wu)效率(lv)更高,服(fu)務(wu)范圍更廣,如微博、短信(xin)、聊(liao)天(tian)群(qun)、手(shou)機圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)、虛(xu)擬圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)等,促進(jin)與(yu)讀者的(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)交(jiao)流,文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣(guang)開(kai)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)——拓(tuo)寬(kuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校園(yuan)師生(sheng)最重要(yao)(yao)的聚集之地。面向未來(lai),我們提出(chu)除了(le)(le)要(yao)(yao)把(ba)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建成資源(yuan)信息中心(xin)之外,還要(yao)(yao)建成學(xue)習交流中心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)中心(xin)和宣傳教(jiao)育中心(xin),實(shi)(shi)現由傳統大學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向一(yi)流、現代、新型(xing)大學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的轉型(xing)。這種轉型(xing)實(shi)(shi)際上賦予圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多(duo)的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)功(gong)能(neng)(neng),不(bu)(bu)斷拓(tuo)寬(kuan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)平臺,成為學(xue)校育人的重要(yao)(yao)渠(qu)道(dao)。近年來(lai),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好(hao)常規服務的同時,大量舉辦主題文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推(tui)介(jie)、閱讀沙龍、專題講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)和技能(neng)(neng)比賽(sai)等,保持了(le)(le)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內每(mei)月有新的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示(shi)與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)的頻率,通過教(jiao)師的讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部與學(xue)生(sheng)的讀者協(xie)會,與師生(sheng)建立(li)了(le)(le)廣(guang)泛的聯(lian)系。以(yi)后,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)不(bu)(bu)斷把(ba)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類(lei)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)搞(gao)好(hao)搞(gao)精彩,還要(yao)(yao)走出(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深(shen)入校園(yuan),并(bing)且走出(chu)校門,配合教(jiao)學(xue)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)或師生(sheng)的專題活(huo)動(dong)(dong),開(kai)展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服務。

  協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
