[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李翔(xiang),中共黨員,數(shu)創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦負責人。雖說(shuo)是(shi)(shi)今(jin)年初從管理(li)學(xue)(xue)院輪崗(gang)來(lai)到數(shu)創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院,但從進校伊始,宋李翔(xiang)已在學(xue)(xue)生管理(li)工(gong)作(zuo)崗(gang)位辛(xin)勤耕耘九個年頭,是(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)伍中品格(ge)優秀、勤勉(mian)擔(dan)當、經驗豐富的中堅力量。

自(zi)“不忘(wang)初心(xin),牢(lao)記(ji)使(shi)命”主題教育工作(zuo)開(kai)展(zhan)以來,宋李翔(xiang)積(ji)極響應校黨委和(he)(he)學(xue)院黨總支(zhi)的號召,根(gen)據(ju)學(xue)校黨委和(he)(he)學(xue)院有關“不忘(wang)初心(xin),牢(lao)記(ji)使(shi)命”主題教育統一(yi)部(bu)署和(he)(he)安排,積(ji)極組織學(xue)院學(xue)生支(zhi)部(bu)的各(ge)項工作(zuo),將黨建工作(zuo)與學(xue)生日常(chang)工作(zuo)同部(bu)署、共落實,找準基層黨支(zhi)部(bu)建設的重點(dian),扎實推進(jin)各(ge)項工作(zuo)的開(kai)展(zhan),工作(zuo)中以身作(zuo)則、身先士卒、貼近(jin)學(xue)生、貼近(jin)工作(zuo)實際、貼近(jin)工作(zuo)隊伍,服務于學(xue)生成長成才,展(zhan)現了(le)學(xue)生黨支(zhi)部(bu)書記(ji)應有的風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

作為(wei)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部書記,宋(song)李翔(xiang)深知展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)示支(zhi)部影(ying)響(xiang)力和(he)號召力,發(fa)(fa)揮(hui)團結(jie)引領作用,形(xing)成磁場效應(ying)在(zai)(zai)大(da)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想政(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育工作中(zhong)的(de)重要性。因此(ci),他主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)與綜合素養(yang)突(tu)出(chu)、具(ju)有較(jiao)強學(xue)業拼搏精神和(he)過硬政(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)素養(yang)的(de)同學(xue)積(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)極接(jie)觸,通過積(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)極分子座談、發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)對(dui)象談話等形(xing)式將教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)這一(yi)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部的(de)中(zhong)心工作落(luo)實(shi)到位。他時刻提醒積(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)極分子、發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)對(dui)象和(he)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)處理好日(ri)常(chang)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)與做(zuo)好黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)織(zhi)工作的(de)關(guan)系(xi)、政(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)理論(lun)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)與主(zhu)(zhu)業課程(cheng)的(de)關(guan)系(xi),使支(zhi)部涌(yong)現出(chu)如梁(liang)家茵(yin)、溫(wen)嘉慶(qing)等綜合素質突(tu)出(chu)的(de)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)。認真(zhen)(zhen)貫徹落(luo)實(shi)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)中(zhong)央(yang)、廣東省委、深圳市委和(he)校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委關(guan)于主(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育工作的(de)各項部署,積(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)極召集支(zhi)部全(quan)體(ti)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)《習(xi)(xi)近平新(xin)(xin)(xin)時代中(zhong)國特色社會(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)義思想學(xue)習(xi)(xi)綱要》、習(xi)(xi)總(zong)書記關(guan)于主(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育講話和(he)中(zhong)央(yang)的(de)有關(guan)部署等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育活動(dong)。在(zai)(zai)新(xin)(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)入(ru)學(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育中(zhong)第一(yi)時間開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)入(ru)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育,利用早晚(wan)修時間,組(zu)織(zhi)全(quan)體(ti)2019級新(xin)(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)集中(zhong)觀看《我(wo)們走在(zai)(zai)大(da)路上》專題(ti)片,積(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)極弘揚愛國熱情。認真(zhen)(zhen)對(dui)照校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委文件,嚴格規范(fan)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)部“三(san)會(hui)一(yi)課”記錄(lu),支(zhi)部會(hui)議記錄(lu)本(ben)被當成標桿記錄(lu)本(ben)在(zai)(zai)學(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)(dang)總(zong)支(zhi)內部進行傳閱(yue)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)。宋(song)李翔(xiang)努力為(wei)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)排憂解難(nan),積(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)極解答(da)新(xin)(xin)(xin)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)工黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)在(zai)(zai)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)過程(cheng)中(zhong)的(de)疑惑和(he)困難(nan),利用暑假(jia)主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)為(wei)畢(bi)(bi)業生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)聯系(xi)組(zu)織(zhi)關(guan)系(xi)轉移(yi)單位,耐(nai)心解答(da)畢(bi)(bi)業生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)的(de)各種問題(ti),大(da)力協助畢(bi)(bi)業生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)完成組(zu)織(zhi)關(guan)系(xi)轉移(yi),深受畢(bi)(bi)業生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)的(de)好評。

)極與(yu)深(shen)圳市公安局機場(chang)分(fen)局聯(lian)絡,于2019年(nian)6月(yue)正(zheng)式(shi)成(cheng)立深(shen)職院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)影(ying)視(shi)動(dong)(dong)畫宣傳(chuan)志(zhi)(zhi)愿服務(wu)基地,使(shi)得志(zhi)(zhi)愿服務(wu)與(yu)專業建(jian)(jian)(jian)設實現了深(shen)度融合(he)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中注(zhu)(zhu)意整合(he)資源,借助外力(li)(li)提升(sheng)部(bu)門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水(shui)平。半年(nian)來(lai)2次主動(dong)(dong)聯(lian)系(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校心理(li)(li)(li)咨詢中心,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)借助專業力(li)(li)量提升(sheng)對重(zhong)點(dian)關注(zhu)(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)能力(li)(li)和(he)(he)應對水(shui)平。積(ji)極發(fa)揮新媒體平臺在(zai)思(si)(si)想(xiang)政(zheng)治教育(yu)(yu)中的(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),組(zu)織(zhi)策劃(hua)迎(ying)新系(xi)(xi)列(lie)推文(wen)、國慶(qing)70周年(nian)系(xi)(xi)列(lie)活動(dong)(dong)、強國青(qing)年(nian)說推文(wen)等宣傳(chuan)推文(wen),深(shen)受新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)歡迎(ying)。

“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋李翔老師工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中敢(gan)(gan)于擔當,身先士卒,高度自律。每天早上提前一(yi)(yi)個小時趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)開始工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),下午最(zui)后(hou)一(yi)(yi)個離開辦(ban)公(gong)室,關愛團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)(dui)伍內部(bu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)專題研討、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)談(tan)(tan)(tan)心(xin)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活(huo)動等方(fang)式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工辦(ban)營造出團(tuan)結協作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每周2次實地(di)檢查(cha)新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情況(kuang),及時向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導員(yuan)反饋(kui)早晚修情況(kuang)。積極通(tong)過(guo)(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話、走訪宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)(tan)等形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲(sheng)音,了(le)解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想(xiang)動態(tai),及時為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難(nan)。自開展(zhan)主題教育(yu)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)以來(lai),主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話80人次,宿(su)舍走訪4次。工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)和培養特點,有針對性的(de)開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動,與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打(da)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)片(pian),將活(huo)動育(yu)人、文化育(yu)人理念落(luo)實到位(wei)。同時對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)后(hou)進的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄引導教育(yu),而是通(tong)過(guo)(guo)嚴(yan)要求,敢(gan)(gan)碰(peng)硬(ying)的(de)態(tai)度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長(chang)、班主任、輔導員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)起進行后(hou)進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教育(yu)引導。羅馬城(cheng)不是一(yi)(yi)天建(jian)(jian)(jian)成(cheng)的(de),一(yi)(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)也不是一(yi)(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通(tong)過(guo)(guo)嚴(yan)于律己的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風和正能量的(de)積極傳遞(di)才能讓(rang)新時期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部(bu)的(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)與時俱進,勇往直前。
