[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李(li)翔,中共黨員,數創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工辦負責人(ren)。雖說是(shi)今(jin)年初(chu)從(cong)管理學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)輪崗來到數創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan),但從(cong)進校伊始,宋李(li)翔已在學(xue)(xue)(xue)生管理工作(zuo)崗位辛勤耕耘九個年頭,是(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)伍中品(pin)格優秀、勤勉擔當、經驗豐富的(de)中堅(jian)力量。

自“不(bu)忘初心(xin),牢記使命”主題教育工作(zuo)(zuo)開展(zhan)以來(lai),宋李(li)翔積極響(xiang)應校(xiao)黨委(wei)和(he)學(xue)(xue)院黨總支(zhi)(zhi)的號召,根據學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)黨委(wei)和(he)學(xue)(xue)院有關“不(bu)忘初心(xin),牢記使命”主題教育統一部(bu)(bu)署(shu)和(he)安排,積極組(zu)織學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)的各(ge)項(xiang)工作(zuo)(zuo),將黨建工作(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)日常工作(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)(bu)署(shu)、共落實,找準基層(ceng)黨支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)建設的重(zhong)點(dian),扎實推進(jin)各(ge)項(xiang)工作(zuo)(zuo)的開展(zhan),工作(zuo)(zuo)中以身作(zuo)(zuo)則、身先士卒、貼近學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、貼近工作(zuo)(zuo)實際、貼近工作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務(wu)于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)成長(chang)成才(cai),展(zhan)現了(le)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)書記應有的風采(cai)。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

作(zuo)為學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)書記(ji)(ji)(ji),宋李(li)翔深(shen)知展(zhan)示支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)影響力(li)(li)和(he)號召力(li)(li),發(fa)(fa)(fa)揮團結引領(ling)作(zuo)用(yong),形成磁(ci)場效應(ying)在大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想政(zheng)治教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)的(de)重要性。因(yin)此,他(ta)主(zhu)動與(yu)(yu)綜合素(su)養(yang)突(tu)(tu)出(chu)、具有較(jiao)強學(xue)(xue)業(ye)(ye)拼(pin)搏精神和(he)過硬政(zheng)治素(su)養(yang)的(de)同學(xue)(xue)積(ji)(ji)極接(jie)觸,通過積(ji)(ji)極分子座談、發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)對象談話(hua)等形式將教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員這(zhe)一(yi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)中(zhong)心工(gong)作(zuo)落實(shi)到位。他(ta)時刻(ke)提醒積(ji)(ji)極分子、發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)對象和(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員處理好日常學(xue)(xue)習與(yu)(yu)做好黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組織(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)關(guan)系(xi)(xi)、政(zheng)治理論學(xue)(xue)習與(yu)(yu)主(zhu)業(ye)(ye)課程的(de)關(guan)系(xi)(xi),使支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)涌現出(chu)如梁家(jia)茵、溫嘉慶等綜合素(su)質突(tu)(tu)出(chu)的(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員。認真(zhen)貫徹(che)落實(shi)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)中(zhong)央、廣(guang)東省委、深(shen)圳市委和(he)校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委關(guan)于主(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)各(ge)項(xiang)部(bu)(bu)(bu)署,積(ji)(ji)極召集支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)全體師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)習《習近平新時代中(zhong)國特色社(she)會主(zhu)義思想學(xue)(xue)習綱要》、習總(zong)書記(ji)(ji)(ji)關(guan)于主(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)講話(hua)和(he)中(zhong)央的(de)有關(guan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)署等教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)活動。在新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)入(ru)學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)第一(yi)時間開展(zhan)入(ru)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu),利用(yong)早晚修時間,組織(zhi)全體2019級新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)集中(zhong)觀看《我們走在大路上(shang)》專題(ti)片,積(ji)(ji)極弘揚愛(ai)國熱情。認真(zhen)對照(zhao)校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委文件,嚴(yan)格規范學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)“三(san)會一(yi)課”記(ji)(ji)(ji)錄(lu),支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)會議記(ji)(ji)(ji)錄(lu)本被當成標桿記(ji)(ji)(ji)錄(lu)本在學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)總(zong)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)內部(bu)(bu)(bu)進行(xing)傳閱學(xue)(xue)習。宋李(li)翔努力(li)(li)為師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員排憂解(jie)難(nan),積(ji)(ji)極解(jie)答新發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員在發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)過程中(zhong)的(de)疑惑和(he)困(kun)難(nan),利用(yong)暑假(jia)主(zhu)動為畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員聯系(xi)(xi)組織(zhi)關(guan)系(xi)(xi)轉(zhuan)移單位,耐心解(jie)答畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員的(de)各(ge)種問題(ti),大力(li)(li)協助畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員完成組織(zhi)關(guan)系(xi)(xi)轉(zhuan)移,深(shen)受畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員的(de)好評(ping)。

(dong)(dong)(dong)聯系(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校心理(li)(li)咨詢(xun)中(zhong)(zhong)心,通過借助(zhu)專(zhuan)業(ye)力量提升(sheng)對(dui)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)關(guan)注(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)管(guan)理(li)(li)能力和(he)(he)應對(dui)水平。積(ji)極(ji)(ji)(ji)發揮新媒(mei)體(ti)(ti)平臺(tai)(tai)在(zai)(zai)思(si)(si)想政(zheng)治(zhi)教育中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)用,組(zu)織(zhi)策劃迎新系(xi)列(lie)推文、國(guo)慶(qing)70周年系(xi)列(lie)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、強國(guo)青(qing)年說推文等(deng)宣傳推文,深受(shou)新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)歡迎。

“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋李翔老師工作(zuo)中敢于擔當,身先(xian)士(shi)卒,高度自律。每天早上(shang)提前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)趕到(dao)學(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始工作(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開(kai)辦公室,關愛團隊成員,注重學(xue)(xue)工隊伍內部建設(she),通過專題(ti)(ti)研討、團隊成員談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話、團隊活動(dong)等方式(shi)為學(xue)(xue)工辦營造出團結協作(zuo),拼(pin)搏(bo)奉獻的(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)氛圍(wei)。每周2次實地檢查新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)早修(xiu)情(qing)況,及(ji)時(shi)(shi)向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)(fu)導員反饋早晚修(xiu)情(qing)況。積極(ji)通過學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話、走(zou)訪(fang)宿(su)舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)代表(biao)座談(tan)(tan)等形式(shi)傾聽(ting)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想動(dong)態,及(ji)時(shi)(shi)為學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)排(pai)憂解(jie)難(nan)。自開(kai)展主題(ti)(ti)教育(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)以來(lai),主持學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話80人次,宿(su)舍(she)走(zou)訪(fang)4次。工作(zuo)中能(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)和(he)培養特點,有針(zhen)對性的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)活動(dong),與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)打成一(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活動(dong)育(yu)(yu)人、文化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人理念落實到(dao)位。同時(shi)(shi)對學(xue)(xue)業(ye)后(hou)進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄引(yin)導教育(yu)(yu),而是(shi)通過嚴(yan)要求,敢碰硬的(de)(de)(de)態度與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任、輔(fu)(fu)導員一(yi)(yi)(yi)起進(jin)行后(hou)進(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)引(yin)導。羅(luo)馬城不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)天建成的(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)團隊建設(she)也不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯(wei)有通過嚴(yan)于律己的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)風(feng)和(he)正能(neng)量的(de)(de)(de)積極(ji)傳遞(di)才能(neng)讓新(xin)時(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)(de)(de)建設(she)與時(shi)(shi)俱(ju)進(jin),勇往直(zhi)前(qian)。
