
宋李翔(xiang)(xiang),中(zhong)(zhong)共黨員(yuan),數(shu)創(chuang)(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)工辦負(fu)責人。雖說是今(jin)年(nian)初(chu)從(cong)管(guan)理(li)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)輪崗(gang)來到(dao)數(shu)創(chuang)(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan),但從(cong)進校(xiao)伊始,宋李翔(xiang)(xiang)已在學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管(guan)理(li)工作崗(gang)位辛勤耕(geng)耘九個(ge)年(nian)頭,是學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)伍中(zhong)(zhong)品格優(you)秀、勤勉擔(dan)當、經驗豐富的中(zhong)(zhong)堅力量(liang)。
自“不(bu)(bu)忘初(chu)心(xin),牢記使命”主(zhu)題教(jiao)育工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開(kai)展以來,宋李翔(xiang)積極(ji)響應校黨委和學(xue)院黨總支(zhi)的(de)(de)號(hao)召(zhao),根據學(xue)校黨委和學(xue)院有關(guan)“不(bu)(bu)忘初(chu)心(xin),牢記使命”主(zhu)題教(jiao)育統一(yi)部署(shu)和安排(pai),積極(ji)組織(zhi)學(xue)院學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)部的(de)(de)各項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將黨建工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日常工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同部署(shu)、共落實,找準基(ji)層黨支(zhi)部建設的(de)(de)重點,扎(zha)實推進各項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)開(kai)展,工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中以身(shen)作(zuo)(zuo)則、身(shen)先(xian)士卒、貼(tie)近學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼(tie)近工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實際、貼(tie)近工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務于學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成長成才,展現了學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部書記應有的(de)(de)風采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)領導支(zhi)持下,積(ji)極(ji)與深(shen)圳市公安局機場分局聯(lian)絡,于(yu)2019年(nian)6月正(zheng)式(shi)(shi)成立深(shen)職院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)影(ying)視動畫宣(xuan)傳志(zhi)愿服(fu)(fu)務基(ji)地(di),使得志(zhi)愿服(fu)(fu)務與專(zhuan)業建(jian)(jian)(jian)設實現了(le)(le)深(shen)度(du)融(rong)合。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)注意整(zheng)合資源,借助(zhu)外力(li)提(ti)(ti)升部(bu)門(men)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平(ping)。半年(nian)來(lai)2次主動聯(lian)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)心理(li)(li)(li)咨詢中(zhong)(zhong)心,通(tong)(tong)(tong)過借助(zhu)專(zhuan)業力(li)量提(ti)(ti)升對重(zhong)點關注學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生的管理(li)(li)(li)能力(li)和(he)(he)應對水平(ping)。積(ji)極(ji)發揮新(xin)媒體(ti)平(ping)臺(tai)在(zai)思想政(zheng)治教育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)的陣(zhen)地(di)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),組織(zhi)(zhi)策劃迎新(xin)系(xi)列推文(wen)(wen)、國(guo)慶(qing)70周年(nian)系(xi)列活動、強國(guo)青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)說推文(wen)(wen)等宣(xuan)傳推文(wen)(wen),深(shen)受新(xin)生歡迎。

宋李翔老師工(gong)(gong)(gong)作中敢(gan)于擔當,身先士卒,高度自律(lv)(lv)。每(mei)天早上(shang)提前一(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,下午最后(hou)(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開辦公(gong)室,關愛團(tuan)(tuan)隊成(cheng)(cheng)員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍內(nei)部建設(she),通(tong)過(guo)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)研討、團(tuan)(tuan)隊成(cheng)(cheng)員談心(xin)談話(hua)、團(tuan)(tuan)隊活動(dong)(dong)等方式(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦營造出團(tuan)(tuan)結協作,拼搏奉獻的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作氛圍。每(mei)周2次(ci)(ci)(ci)實(shi)(shi)地檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修(xiu)情(qing)況(kuang),及(ji)時向(xiang)新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)員反(fan)饋早晚修(xiu)情(qing)況(kuang)。積極(ji)通(tong)過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談話(hua)、走(zou)訪宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代(dai)表座(zuo)談等形式(shi)傾(qing)聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動(dong)(dong)態,及(ji)時為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難(nan)。自開展(zhan)主(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作以來(lai),主(zhu)(zhu)持(chi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談話(hua)80人次(ci)(ci)(ci),宿舍走(zou)訪4次(ci)(ci)(ci)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作中能(neng)(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業和培養特點,有針對性的(de)(de)(de)(de)開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動(dong)(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活動(dong)(dong)育(yu)(yu)人、文(wen)化育(yu)(yu)人理念(nian)落實(shi)(shi)到位(wei)。同(tong)時對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)(hou)進的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放(fang)棄引(yin)(yin)導(dao)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu),而是通(tong)過(guo)嚴要求,敢(gan)碰(peng)硬的(de)(de)(de)(de)態度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任、輔導(dao)員一(yi)(yi)(yi)起進行(xing)后(hou)(hou)進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)引(yin)(yin)導(dao)。羅馬城不是一(yi)(yi)(yi)天建成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作團(tuan)(tuan)隊建設(she)也不是一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通(tong)過(guo)嚴于律(lv)(lv)己的(de)(de)(de)(de)作風和正(zheng)能(neng)(neng)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)積極(ji)傳(chuan)遞才能(neng)(neng)讓新時期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)(de)(de)(de)建設(she)與時俱(ju)進,勇往直前。
