
宋(song)李(li)翔,中(zhong)共黨(dang)員(yuan),數創(chuang)(chuang)學院(yuan)學工辦(ban)負責人。雖說是今年(nian)初從管(guan)理學院(yuan)輪(lun)崗來(lai)到數創(chuang)(chuang)學院(yuan),但從進校伊(yi)始,宋(song)李(li)翔已在(zai)學生(sheng)管(guan)理工作崗位辛勤(qin)(qin)耕(geng)耘九個年(nian)頭,是學校學工隊(dui)伍中(zhong)品(pin)格優秀(xiu)、勤(qin)(qin)勉(mian)擔當、經驗豐富(fu)的中(zhong)堅(jian)力量。
自“不忘(wang)初(chu)(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命”主(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)育工作開(kai)展(zhan)以來,宋李翔(xiang)積極(ji)響應校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)(dang)總(zong)支的號(hao)召,根據學(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院有關“不忘(wang)初(chu)(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命”主(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)育統一部(bu)署和安排,積極(ji)組織學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支部(bu)的各項(xiang)工作,將黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)工作與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日常工作同部(bu)署、共落實(shi),找準基層黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)建(jian)設的重點,扎實(shi)推進(jin)各項(xiang)工作的開(kai)展(zhan),工作中以身作則、身先士卒、貼(tie)近(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼(tie)近(jin)工作實(shi)際、貼(tie)近(jin)工作隊伍(wu),服務(wu)于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成長成才(cai),展(zhan)現了學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)書記(ji)應有的風采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上
作(zuo)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)書記(ji)(ji),宋李翔深知展(zhan)示(shi)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)影響力(li)和(he)號(hao)召力(li),發(fa)揮團結引領作(zuo)用,形成磁場效應在(zai)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想(xiang)政(zheng)治(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)重要(yao)性。因此,他主(zhu)(zhu)動與(yu)(yu)綜合(he)素(su)養(yang)突(tu)出、具(ju)有較強學(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)拼(pin)搏精神和(he)過(guo)硬政(zheng)治(zhi)素(su)養(yang)的(de)(de)同學(xue)(xue)(xue)積(ji)(ji)(ji)極接(jie)觸(chu),通(tong)過(guo)積(ji)(ji)(ji)極分子座談(tan)、發(fa)展(zhan)對(dui)象談(tan)話等形式將教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)發(fa)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)這一(yi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)落(luo)實到(dao)位。他時(shi)(shi)刻提(ti)醒積(ji)(ji)(ji)極分子、發(fa)展(zhan)對(dui)象和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)處(chu)理好(hao)日常學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)與(yu)(yu)做好(hao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)關(guan)系、政(zheng)治(zhi)理論學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)與(yu)(yu)主(zhu)(zhu)業(ye)課程的(de)(de)關(guan)系,使支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)涌現出如梁家(jia)茵、溫嘉慶等綜合(he)素(su)質突(tu)出的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)。認真(zhen)貫徹落(luo)實黨(dang)(dang)(dang)中(zhong)(zhong)央、廣東(dong)省委(wei)、深圳市委(wei)和(he)校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)關(guan)于主(zhu)(zhu)題教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)各(ge)項部(bu)(bu)署,積(ji)(ji)(ji)極召集支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)全(quan)體(ti)(ti)師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)開(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)《習(xi)近(jin)平新(xin)時(shi)(shi)代中(zhong)(zhong)國特色社(she)會(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)義思(si)想(xiang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)綱要(yao)》、習(xi)總書記(ji)(ji)關(guan)于主(zhu)(zhu)題教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)講話和(he)中(zhong)(zhong)央的(de)(de)有關(guan)部(bu)(bu)署等教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)活(huo)動。在(zai)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)入學(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)第一(yi)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)開(kai)展(zhan)入黨(dang)(dang)(dang)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),利用早晚修時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian),組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)全(quan)體(ti)(ti)2019級新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)集中(zhong)(zhong)觀看《我們走在(zai)大路上》專題片,積(ji)(ji)(ji)極弘揚愛國熱情。認真(zhen)對(dui)照校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)文件,嚴格規(gui)范學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)“三會(hui)一(yi)課”記(ji)(ji)錄,支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)會(hui)議(yi)記(ji)(ji)錄本被(bei)當成標桿記(ji)(ji)錄本在(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)內(nei)部(bu)(bu)進行傳(chuan)閱學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)。宋李翔努力(li)為師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)排憂解(jie)難,積(ji)(ji)(ji)極解(jie)答(da)(da)新(xin)發(fa)展(zhan)教(jiao)工(gong)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)在(zai)發(fa)展(zhan)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)疑惑和(he)困難,利用暑(shu)假主(zhu)(zhu)動為畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)聯系組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)關(guan)系轉移(yi)單位,耐(nai)心(xin)(xin)解(jie)答(da)(da)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)各(ge)種問題,大力(li)協助(zhu)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)完(wan)成組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)關(guan)系轉移(yi),深受畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)好(hao)評。

wen),深(shen)受新(xin)生(sheng)歡(huan)迎(ying)。
“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋(song)李翔老師工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中敢于擔當,身先士卒(zu),高度(du)自律。每天早上提前一個小時(shi)(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)(kai)始工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后一個離開(kai)(kai)辦公(gong)室,關(guan)愛團(tuan)隊成(cheng)員,注(zhu)重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍內部建(jian)設,通過(guo)(guo)專(zhuan)題研討、團(tuan)隊成(cheng)員談(tan)(tan)(tan)心(xin)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話、團(tuan)隊活(huo)動(dong)等(deng)(deng)方式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦營造出團(tuan)結(jie)協(xie)作(zuo)(zuo),拼搏(bo)奉(feng)獻的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每周2次(ci)實地(di)檢查(cha)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情(qing)況,及時(shi)(shi)向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)導員反(fan)饋早晚修情(qing)況。積極通過(guo)(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一對(dui)一談(tan)(tan)(tan)話、走訪(fang)宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)(tan)等(deng)(deng)形(xing)式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想(xiang)動(dong)態,及時(shi)(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自開(kai)(kai)展主題教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來,主持(chi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)(tan)會(hui)2場(chang),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一對(dui)一談(tan)(tan)(tan)話80人(ren)次(ci),宿(su)舍走訪(fang)4次(ci)。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中能根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)業和培養特點,有針(zhen)對(dui)性的(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動(dong),與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一片,將活(huo)動(dong)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)、文(wen)化育(yu)(yu)人(ren)理(li)念落實到位。同時(shi)(shi)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄引導教(jiao)育(yu)(yu),而是(shi)(shi)通過(guo)(guo)嚴要求,敢碰硬的(de)(de)態度(du)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班(ban)主任(ren)、輔(fu)導員一起進行后進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)引導。羅馬(ma)城不(bu)是(shi)(shi)一天建(jian)成(cheng)的(de)(de),一流(liu)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊建(jian)設也不(bu)是(shi)(shi)一朝一夕(xi),唯(wei)有通過(guo)(guo)嚴于律己的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風和正能量的(de)(de)積極傳遞才(cai)能讓新(xin)時(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)(de)建(jian)設與(yu)時(shi)(shi)俱進,勇(yong)往(wang)直前。
