體育部(bu)現有(you)專(zhuan)(zhuan)任教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)36人(ren),其(qi)中教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)8人(ren)、副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)15人(ren)、講師(shi)12人(ren);博士3人(ren)。近年來,部(bu)門積(ji)極(ji)開(kai)展具有(you)高職特色的體育俱樂部(bu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)模式改革;收到明顯(xian)成效,擁有(you)市級(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)改項目(mu)一門,校級(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)改項目(mu)十余項。部(bu)門積(ji)極(ji)響應(ying)學(xue)校新的人(ren)才培養模式改革舉措,已培養了(le)101名社(she)會體育輔修專(zhuan)(zhuan)業學(xue)生,并面(mian)向2012級(ji)學(xue)生繼(ji)續(xu)招收拓展專(zhuan)(zhuan)業學(xue)生。
體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)部以國家體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)總局體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)基地為(wei)平臺(tai),基地依托地域(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、民俗文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、區(qu)域(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)等優勢,逐步開展(zhan)具(ju)(ju)有特(te)色(se)的(de)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu),形成以絲綢之路體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu);武術與民族傳統體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu);體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)課(ke)程(cheng)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu);社區(qu)與校(xiao)園體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu);地域(yu)非物質文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)遺產研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)為(wei)主(zhu)的(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)系。同時,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)實(shi)施了強身健(jian)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工程(cheng),大(da)力加強對職業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)與建(jian)設,并學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)將逐漸發展(zhan)成為(wei)集科研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、服務為(wei)一(yi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)基地,現已取得(de)了一(yi)定的(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)成果。部門還積極參加國內外的(de)學(xue)(xue)術交流活動,并在大(da)會上發表論文(wen)(wen),研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)成果在學(xue)(xue)界產生了一(yi)定的(de)影響(xiang)。目前,部門師(shi)資(zi)力量雄厚,年齡結構(gou)、學(xue)(xue)歷與職稱結構(gou)較為(wei)合(he)理(li),具(ju)(ju)有從事研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)的(de)師(shi)資(zi)和設施條件,并制(zhi)定了三年的(de)發展(zhan)規劃(hua)。

同時,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)實施(shi)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生強(qiang)身健體(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)工程(cheng),全面開展了(le)對職(zhi)業教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)體(ti)育(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)研(yan)究與建設(she),其中(zhong)“社(she)會體(ti)育(yu)”在(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao) “三育(yu)人(ren)”的(de)(de)人(ren)才培(pei)養(yang)模(mo)式改革中(zhong),已成為(wei)(wei)面向全校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生開設(she)的(de)(de)拓展專業。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)將逐漸發展成為(wei)(wei)集科研(yan)、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、服務為(wei)(wei)一體(ti)的(de)(de)體(ti)育(yu)文化研(yan)究基地(di)。部(bu)門(men)(men)還(huan)積極參加(jia)國內外(wai)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)術交流活動,研(yan)究成果在(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)術界(jie)也產(chan)生了(le)一定的(de)(de)影響。部(bu)門(men)(men)師資(zi)(zi)力量(liang)雄厚,年齡結構、學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷與職(zhi)稱結構合(he)理,具有從事研(yan)究的(de)(de)師資(zi)(zi)和設(she)施(shi)條(tiao)件(jian),并制定了(le)三年的(de)(de)發展規劃(hua)。
